- Tell us about your experience with alternative energy:
- I'm retired locomotive engineer [Milwaukee Road/Metra] - I remember mid 80's Union Pacific Railroad experimented with CNG. Several outfitted UP locomotives were designed to run on CNG which tank car was coupled to locomotive consist. UP claimed results were positive however, was not suitable for the times.
- What excites you about this campaign?
- I remember the gas lines of the 70's. Over the years our elected officials have ignored the US dependance on oil from hostile countrys. Both major political partys are at fault. Political correctness & re-election are more important to elected officials than serving the wishes of Americans who have elected them.
- What do you want to do to help?
- CNG, with capability to fuel up at home from home gas service sounds exciting. { Let The Oil Country's Drink Oil for Breakfast, Dinner and supper].
