- We design, manufacture components for and site build true Zero Energy Lifestyle homes. That is comprised of 3 elements:
1. A Zero Energy home operating on Geothermal & Solar radiant energy
2. A Solar photovoltaic array for the family's electrical needs. (Which with our home is only about 1/5th of the usual need).
3. A Plug-In Electric Car. This can be a converted gas car, with electric drive components instead of the original 300 moving parts engine; which operated at 25% efficiency or less while the electric car is 85% efficient...or better. And you plug it in to your solar pv array to recharge it from the SUN !

- People are waking up to the need to care for the environment and to seek alternatives to Fossil Fuel. We have used a significant portion of the planets natural resources in the past 160 years since the dawn of the industrial revolution in 1850. Makind has lived on this planet for 10,000 years as an "intelligent" creature....How will your decendants live the next thousands of years with many of the natural resources and some elements already in short supply?

- We are marketing an alternative LIFESTYLE. Consider how much more discretionary income would be in your pocket living in a Zero Energy home, with virtually no utility bill, about 50% less water bill and not buying gasoline for 75% to 90% of your family's driving ! ! How many thousands of tons of CO2 and pollution would not be released into the environment?
What we are doing NOW.
We build true Zero Energy Lifestyle homes with the latest U.S. Oak Ridge National Lab DBMS report defined "Asymmetrical" ICF system (google that; see Figure 2 type 3 on the Chart 4). It is 246% more energy efficient than a wood/stud wall. Then we add a Geothermal/Solar Radiant energies management system which includes a Fresh Air exchanger instead of a recirculating HVAC unit. Our Technology Demonstrator display home is proposed for a new subdivision that is 100% infrastructure complete and ready for the Zero Energy model-home/sales-office construction. The developers will fund 80% of the total cost of the Technology Demonstrator Display home. We are trying to raise the remaining 20%...about $300K. That is a small "entry fee" to be involved in this $20Mil subdivision project. The developers have two follow-on projects as well, one is a Zero Energy retail/commercial MALL on 7.7 acres. And the other is an entire COMMUNITY with multiple multi-family Townhomes, shopping, services, restaurant, and entertainment structures, an assisted living facility on the Ideas Institute model, and several single family homes. No small surprise this kind of innovation is coming out of Arizona. Arizona and Florida have the highest GDP in the US. Not just the major cities but the entire state. You can probably thank your legislators for making that a reality.

The developer is covering 80% of home cost, and you still need 300k? Total cost of home is 1.5 mil. In this day of conservation and living within budgets/ not needing to keep up with the Jones people need affordable smart housing.
What is the proposed sq ft of the house? I'll check out the web site.

For the ones that concern you, please keep in mind, events are remembered and relayed differently by those commenting, which as we all too well know equals at least three sides to the event.
