I have been active in alternative energy since 1978 and have a formal education in renewables. I was one of the first individuals in the U.S. to have a license to operate an ethanol still in 1982. I spent five years in California's Altamont Pass at the start of the Wind Farm Revolution and worked as a R&D Technician and was responsible for the construction and testing of the worlds largest privately owned wind turbines. The work we did back then made it possible for the giant wind turbines that we have today.
I am now trying to establish a Renewable Energy/Renewable Agriculture Research Center in Red Wing Minnesota and welcome all help and input from members.

What excites you about this campaign?

It is about time that we became enthused about changing the world. At this time renewables are not even close to taking over our energy needs but the journey starts with the first step forward and ends with a pair of worn out boots.

PLEASE TAKE A PETITION TO WORK TODAY!
I am asking everyone to please take petitions to school or work or wherever you are going today! Offer to be a District leader, or check in with yours - they need your help with signing up supporters. It is very easy. I was able to gather 75 signatures Thursday and Friday while Christmas shopping and running errands. Everyone wants to get off of foreign oil, we just need to gather their names. WE CAN DO THIS, with everyones help.
