I do not have a page in Facebook. My teen daughters say I do not NEED a facebook page. Not sure what that means exactly,..
I wrote your numbers down and lost them when I cleaned my office last nite and today.
If you would please email them to 314 220 2498 I would appreciate it.
Or, maybe you would like to call. We can talk and get a handle on where to go with this.

Emily

I live in St. Louis, South area of St. Louis unincorporated, Oakville area.
I own a meeting hall in the Arnold area.
There are several hundred people pretty close to us.
Would you be interested in helping arrange a 'town hall' kind of meeting for a few hundred people?

Would you please bring a petition to work, to school, or to your family? Will you give it a try and report back how easy it is? Imagine if 1 million people filled just 1 page - 8 new supporters. We could be 10 million overnight! It is so easy. EVERYONE wants to get off foreign oil.

This is THE KEY! We have "NO INFLUENCE WITHOUT NUMBERS"
Can you help?

Best

Welcome!
We are a voluntary community of individuals who are placing our combined support behind T. Boone Pickens and his efforts to send our government a clear (heard) message that we must reduce our nation’s dependence on foreign oil through the use of all domestic energy alternatives. This site is a place to interact with fellow Pickens Plan supporters, keep up with events and opportunities to help get more involvement.
Please, I ask the first sites you visit to get accurate info and articles to see pretty much what the plan is about and where the plan stands. Some are long, please; take the time to get all the details.
On the home page, click on About The Plan ~ Boone Cam ~ Blog
We need to Push.PickensPlan.com – or “Push” as we like to call it.
Our future really does depend on us at this point in time! If not now, WHEN? If not you, WHO?

I am proud to put my efforts towards this cause. Mr. Obama has voiced that eliminating the dependence of foreign oil is a top priority. Look up your local leader from map on home pg.
There is a group for almost everything. The Forums/discussions on this site are many and you’ll probably find something that interests or concerns you. Some are very long and were started months ago. For the ones that concern you, please keep in mind, events are remembered and relayed differently by those commenting, which as we all too well know equals at least three sides to the event.

Again Welcome; Tom- Welcome wagon crew
After you have read the sites I mentioned, if you need anything else to help you, while you help the push, please stop by.

Hi Emily,

Welcome and THANK YOU for joining the Pickens Plan. I just wanted to let you know that a real person out here appreciates you taking that first step.

After you've had a chance to settle in, please let me know if there's anything I can do to guide your path. The basic first steps are reviewing the current topics in the Forum, and when you are comfortable, letting others know about the website. The people here are interested in making the plan a success and those you invite should be able to see for themselves that this is the right place to be.

Here are further steps you might consider.

- Sign up to lead or help on the District page.
- Visit the My Energy page and get involved.
- Work your contacts to increase press coverage.
- Write to congressional representatives directly.
- Use Pickens Action buttons or call (202)225-3121.
- Speak out for ending our dependence on foreign oil.
- Write letters to the editor of your local paper.
- Download flyers/etc from here or here.
- Download the Petition and ask others to sign it.
- Start a company to build wind turbines/solar panels.
- Start a financing firm to invest in those companies.
- Tell everyone you know about PickensPlan.com.

Decide for yourself what you can do, but definitely do something.

Welcome once again and thanks for signing up.

Clynton
