Dispersed Diverse Redundency (or why smaller is better)
Why is the push always bigger is better?
Make a wind turbine that can replace a coal fired power plant . . .
Give me 4000 acres and a trillion dollars!
Why not think like a rural tinkerer, and say "lets make a million little ones, and give them to each rural homeowner that has a 1/4 acre near their power line".
Do that for a few years, and we won't need any coal plants. Makes it harder to take out your electric grid if it is dispersed everywhere.
