Yes
Tell us about your experience with alternative energy:
SInce 2005, I have been managing a long only equity fund for the French bank Palatine - The Palatine Renewable Energy Fund ($100Mn AUM).
What excites you about this campaign?
It's pragmatic, even though there are many don'ts - and, unless I am mistaken, there is no solution proposed for the development of electric vehicles. I would like to add this to the plan.
What do you want to do to help?
Raise the awareness of do's and don'ts, from a financial standpoint. There is a lot of hype surrounding Alternative Energy, and the worse we can do as a nation - even as a world - is to misallocate resources.

Why all the media Hype over Alternative Renewable Energy?

The hoopla and the hype about Alternative Energy industry as a whole are due to several factors.
Obviously the new cost of the old standard; OIL.
We as Americans never do anything until made to. IE: Voting.
This can be summed up very simply.
Because of the Dynamic shift from a production society, post WWII in the US to a service or market Economy by the end of the 90’s.
The 90’s was the internet boom….
The 2000 to 2006 the Real Estate boom….
Now we have Real Recession and Inflation, the economy going two different directions at the same time. Stagflation.
So it is quite evident the next boom to get America back on tract is the
Alternative Energy boom.
It’s what makes America Great.
It is these bubbles, or as Greenspan would put it the Frothiness that becomes
THE AMERICAN ALTERNATIVE RENEWABLE SUSTAINABLE ECONOMY
.
We will rebound and this Alternative Energy Industry will make it so.
God Bless America…….

I have an agenda.....

My life's goal is to have all residential property co-generating electricity in North America by 2025. Little know fact it's only 25% of entire North American Grid Consumption.
This is attainable we have the technology and the man-power.....
We must start now!!!
Time for talk is over.....

I have introduced the Boldest Solar/Housing Initiative yet
To date…
Entire subdivisions of low-cost Modulars with little to no electric bill that retail from $79,900 to $149,900 680sq 2/1 to 1380sq 3/2
Meets the need for low-cost housing and helps over Stressed Grid during PEAK_USAGE hrs. As these subdivisions go on-line they will act as virtual mini-generating stations.

As well as helps the environment…
win-win-win.
It is the short term solution to a long term problem.......

I have relocated to South Georgia....
it is time to enlist All the help with this I can get.
I need more R & D with my new patent Idea an will be asking for Ga Tech's help.....with the SOLAR POWERED RECIRCULATOR GENERATOR which will drive the cost of production down by almost 60%.
And will also be going back to Washington DC in this election year to demand more from our "so called elected or soon-to-be-elected officials".

I am in negotiations with Roger Little of Spire Solar in Mass to build a 100mw manufacturing plant in Liberty County Ga.

My plan is simple mix Roger's little assembly line with Rapid Modular’s walling panels to produce under one roof the LOW-COST
Structures of the future.

By building our own PV and being the one of only 2 proposed PV plants in the entire southeast US. We will capture this market in FL, GA, AL, and SC, NC. Simply by cutting down on the cost of shipping we will be the viable option for all of the Solar Retailers in the Region.

The World Bank as well as Credit Suisse and The Asian Development Bank like the idea of low cost Modulars and Solar power in one so well once up an operational they wish to bring it to China and India……. http://push.pickensplan.com/profile/JDPolk

Frank...I have been approached by several here and have a business plan or two, I'd like to explore with you. My name has been on the list of Cal Department of Energy, as a renewable energy financing source, for nearly 10 years now. I have been licensed and still am, Under the Department of Real Estate as an agent since 91. Background check and fingerprints on file wil Cal Justice Department. I have raised and financed millions of dollars in startup projects, heavy to renewables and solar generation. With no complaints. Money is all I've used my license for. Any company investments were always through third-party, hands off agents. I guess paying them has kept me out of any trouble over the years. My contact info is 530-549-4315. Thank You in Advance for your consideration.

Hi Franck,

We could use your thoughts in the group Paradigm Shift Institute. We are just getting this started and all input is welcome as we are serious about making a real difference.

Best Regards,

Norman

Hi Franck,

I'd like to ask you to look at http://www.solarandthermal.com/ Then I'd like to ask you if you do any board consulting. I hope I can answer a few questions before you answer.

Here's how you can help.

PLEASE email the Pickens Plan video to everyone you know. www.pickensplan.com. Ask them to join. Ask them to pass it along. Time is of the essence. If every member had 10 friends join today, we could put the number of members over 1 million very quickly!

If we can not get critical numbers how can we take advantage of this golden opportunity? High gas prices have "woken up" America to our plight and a paradigm shift like not other is in the wind. We need to do this now.

So many new members write "I want to help, what can I do?" This is a start. We may not get to the next step if we can not get this one done.

Our leaders can not ignore millions of members of the Pickens Plan. We are not there yet. One person can make a difference.

Let me know how it goes.

Frank,

I am in startup mode to develop windfarms, and am interested in getting financing to begin the work. I don't know if you are familiar with the lifecycle, but it is basically as follows:

1. Initial site prospecting (nearly complete)
2. Wind assessment (usually meteorologist)
3. Environmental assessment (usually biologist)
4. Community Relations (negotiate land leases, permitting)
5. Economic assessment (costs to complete, financial projections)
6. Procurement (tower, turbine, etc.)
7. Site preparation
8. Construction
9. Testing & Commissioning (grid connection)
10. Operations & Maintenance.

At this time I am looking for funds to cover the first 5 steps, which usually cover the first 2 of a 3 year process, and typically consume about 10% of the cost. On a $20M windfarm (bottom threshold of a utility scale wind farm) that would be $2M.

Is that something you can help with?
