Are you interested in becoming an organizer in your area?
Yes
Tell us about your experience with alternative energy:
I write for the OK County GOP; I have studied this issue for 20 years.
What excites you about this campaign?
The increase in gas reserves makes it possible; and it's something that can be done this week.
What do you want to do to help?
Organize a local grass root support group. However, I want to go beyond that and select a town in Oklahoma to execute the CNG/automobile phase, converting 100% of vehicles now. This will illuminate problems no one has thought of and be a grand example for a grand idea.

Merry Christmas Fred,
This year I have helped so many members learn about personal home energy plans. It's all about power use, conservation, and home power generation, things I have been doing at my residence to lower my energy costs. Send me a friend request a to add me Fred, I'd be honored to have you as a friend here.

BTW, oklahoma: I just posted an article about Home Wind Systems in oklahoma. Your state's representatives, governor, and public utility commission officials are not in your corner with this "soft policy" on Net Metering. Instead they have the tables turned against green power for businesses and homeowners. You should read that article, important.

Hello Fred, These new roof mounting residential wind turbine kits shipping now. The kits are attractive, sleek, well designed to install as a home appliance on the roof, much like an antennae or satellite dish. They are as easy to install as other home appliances, like dishwasher, etc. You can now begin a personal energy plan. These systems are inexpensive, easy to install, scaleable.

Your Wind blows stronger in the winter, Your Sun shines stronger in the summer months. This hybrid wind/solar system combines these cycles to give a more even flow of energy year round. This homeowner sized wind/solar system provides free power for your home. Many customers have found it easy to become customer/dealers of our kits. Customers can become a dealer with no further investment, they see quickly how people are easy to get interested.

I have used the same systems save money on my electricity costs and Fred, you can too. Your local wind resources are so good in Oklahoma. Please see these windmaps at the link below and pinpoint what number your area is in. Zone 2 is OK, anything over 2 is (very) good. First double check your wind resources from the map and links below.

Senate Bill 3281 introduced by J Inhofe (R-OK) in 7/08 would move EPA certification of CNG conversions to state control. This would remove the main roadblock to CNG execution now.

Linda Ford sends Hello!
Welcome and THANK YOU for joining Pickens Plan. We need your help.

There is a perfect storm of events happening right now that create the possibility of a paradigm shift that is urgently needed. We have an angry citizenry due to pain at the pump, a presidential election on the horizon, and a man with a plan to dramatically and imminently reduce our dependance on foreign oil, and provide a bridge to future solutions, who has the resources, contacts, knowledge, wealth and "will" to get it done.

Please share this plan with your circle of friends, family and associates. Urge them to JOIN. As you know, it is simply like signing a petition. With large numbers of supporters, we can put pressure to bear on Congress to incentivize alternative and renewable energies, and insure that our future president will be a leader that will push for domestic energy solutions. JFK once said. "in the next 10 years we will put a man on the moon". He got it done. We need that kind of leadership on energy.

Time is of the essence. If gas prices retreat the public will forget the pain, and our moment may be lost. How frightening to be looking back and apologizing to our children that we could not get this done when we had the chance.

If you know someone who blogs- get them to cover this.
If you can write to a Congressman/woman- get them to understand this. You can call them at (202)225-3121. Ask them if they support 100% clean electricity in the next 10 years.
If you know someone who is in the public eye- ask them to support this.
If you can write a letter to the editor of your local paper- please do.
If you want to print downloadable flyers and put them in your car and/or business window- please do.

PLEASE TAKE THE TIME TODAY to ask 5 people to join this historical effort. Thanks again for support!

Hi Fred,

Welcome to the Pickens plan.

We all share the same goal; to rid ourselves of foreign oil and clean up our environment for our children and grandchildren. Wind energy is a viable alternative. Some of us have a different ideas of what we can do for immediate relief.

Join some groups and get involved. We can all learn and find ways to help this cause.

Check out our group "Live Carbon Free" and see how we are promoting conservation and environmental stewardship as the bridge to future energy developments. Regardless of what we do, it will take some time to implement on a significant scale. For immediate results we can make a huge difference by conserving what we have.

We would like for you to join our group and value your input. Feel free to add me as a friend.
