Does your area have regular meetings yet for Pickens Plan? If not, I want you to know that ours does and you are welcome to come to any of them. To get information and directions, just go to the Events Tab and look for District FL-11

We arrange guest speakers from the energy industry and political figures from every level of government. For our meeting on August 13th we have "David Gammon" from Progress Energy's Renewable Energy Contracts department and on the following month we have booked "Mark Sharpe" of the Hillsborough County Board of County Commissioners.

Hope all is well, seems the group is building and nice to see the conversation's.
Wanted to ask if you would consider taking on a leadership role with the group. My father is retired Navy is currently at Fleet Landing and is having some health issues which is taking up my "off" time. Can't seem to find enought time in the day lately and wondering if you could take the reigns to the next level?
Not sure what that entails with regards to any transfer, seems all I did was start the group.
Let me know your thoughts or suggestions.
