I'd really like to get the people in our group engaged. Please go to the Tx-30 page and read some of the discussions that have been started, or start one of your own. We'd all really like to hear what's on your mind.

Happy New Year to all my Pickens Plan's friend, and their families.
I hope this year we could have any answer from our congress men, regarding our suggestions.
My best wishes

Happy New Year Gabriel,
Last year I helped so many members of Pickens Plan learn about personal home energy plans. It's all about conservation of power, and home power generation, things I have been doing at my residence to lower my electricity costs. Send me a friend request a to add me Gabriel, I'd be honored to have you as a friend here.

BTW, Texas: I just posted an article link on my pickens page about Home Wind Systems in Texas. Your state's representatives, governor, and public utility commission officials are not in your corner with this "weak policy" on Net Metering. Instead they have the tables turned against green power for businesses and homeowners. Texas has created multiple sets of rules for loopholes and you have less rights than people in other states. You should read that article, important.

I have called, phoned and written on the many things that fit the alternative future for many years to all involved. I also use the TXU plan that promises to use at least 10% renewable sources. The main light sources I use are more efficient. When I find some thing I can do I try to find a way. With no car I can not change that part.

I have not followed the info for SA but have watched the work in Europe by internet. I saw the wind farms in Germany while on a visit in 1991 if memory is right. The wind farms were in fields of some sort of grain production. I see now Germany has new better solar sites up and down the autobahn on the right of way.
Also the electric cars are under way see below.
Berlin’s autobahn will be getting a charge from the “e-mobility Berlin” program Daimler AG officially unveiled today. The automaker is working with German utility RWE to put more than 100 electric cars on the city’s roads by 2010. Under terms of the joint venture, Daimler will provide electric vehicles from its Smart and Mercedes-Benz lines while RWE will install some 500 charging points around the city.

Hi Gabriel

Welcome to PP! Thanks for offering REAL help!

Hope you can bring at least 5 friends and associates to the site, hit the red Contact Congress button to email your legislators and governors a request that they sign the pledge, and get some pledges signed and faxed in to Boone. If you can get over 100 we would be proud to have you in the 100CLUB!

PLEASE see this video: http://push.pickensplan.com/video/video/show?id=2187034:Video:1249346

It is very clear to the pro alternative /renewable energy legislators that they will need significant and vocal support to "push back" the naysayers and give them a place to hang their "political hat" to support this. IT IS PURLEY POLITICAL. PERIOD. END OF STORY. Our success will be in our numbers!

Please get pledges digned and fax them in. We all meet so many people everyday, and they have not been counted yet. How badly do we want this? THEY ARE TELLING US THEY NEED HUGE numbers. Can we do it?

Best
Kim
