Tell us about your experience with alternative energy:
As an inventor, we have come up with a way to harness the kinetic energy of vehicles. Still looking for Angel Investors willing to help us take this to the manufacturability level.

Also have been pushing for an National Energy Lottery that could install 40,000 homes a week with renewable energy products. Fully transferrable. To see plan, just type in Google National Energy Lottery. Also am promoting same concept for small counties to help them go green and increase circulation of currency with county.
What excites you about this campaign?
To reduce our consumption of oil and 700 billion a year of disposable income that could stay within our borders excites me greatly. However, what bothers me is the speed of implementation, or lack of. Also, if American companies are being created to make batteries, wind mill factories, solar factories, this needs to be promoted more to let the American people feel that we are making progress.
What do you want to do to help?
I want someone or company to help us (only three of us) to take our kinetic energy product to the next level.

National Energy Lottery in Support of Pickens Plan

If the Pickens plan (which I support) supported a National Energy Lottery (see blog below) proposal and the 4 million followers donated 5 bucks a week for this Energy Raffle, there would be 800 winners a week or 41,600 winners a year

of a $25,000 voucher good only for Renewable products, ie; solar, wind, hybrid, energy green appliances, etc...and be fully transferrable as well. Take advantage of the Fed's energy credit and it would buy around $32,000 worth of Green product/s.

Hi All,
Well, it's been over 1 and 1/2 years since my proposal for a "NATIONAL ENERGY LOTTERY". At $100M/wk, we would've possibly taken 312,000 homes off the grid by now. Those 312,000 homeowners would have seen an increase in disposable income thus helping our nation out of a recession and creating jobs for installing wind, solar, etc.. on an individual scale. I sent my proposal multiple times to our President, Senators, Governors, newspapers, etc...Nobody seems to be able to think out of the box.
If interested, just google "national energy lottery" and read for your self.
Go Green.
Best Regards,
Gary

I saw some of the negative comments and wanted to tell you not to listen. I then realized after 30 years I was still crying about something that is long past. I also posted a series of things about patent infringement etc that was of no consequence to your post. They were letters from EATON and GM. I just get frustrated I guess. I’m just happy the HEV is being built. I don’t care who or under what circumstance they are building it. It’s being built. Anyway – Good Luck. Kinetic energy is alive and well. I will re-post the following on your page so it won’t be visible to so many.

Gary:
Hang in there - people don’t understand transfer of energy. Dynamic braking isn’t the end all for energy transfer. Hell the Department of Energy doesn’t understand transfer of energy.

The following is not in violation of the First Law. It is not a perpetual motion machine which the DOE also accused me of making. My patent was granted. All I am showing is transfer of energy with as little loss as possible.
I have pasted below two URL’s showing my patent 4,597,463 Electric vehicle using the vehicle's kinetic and mechanical power to regenerate its energy storage device shows energy transfer. My file number 06/546,170 shows the drive. The ELECTROCOMBUSTIBLE DRIVE ENGINE file number 06/546,170 is shown in the embodiment of Patent 4,597,463 several times.

RICHARD BARNARD
From: Richard Barnard
Serial No: 546,170
Filed: 27 October 1983
For: ELECTROCOMBUSTIBLE DRIVE ENGINE

http://home.comcast.net/~richardrb/site/

I received the following from my Congressman Don Edwards July 1982. It is from the DOE- Mr. George P Lewett - stating that my patent pending, at that time, was in violation of the first law of thermodynamics.

The DOE is working today with Eaton, GM and Ford building my HEV shown above.

The additional information provided June 29th 1982 shown below was my work in progress for my electrocombustible drive engine filed with the PTO October 23 1983 - only 4 months after receipt of their letter showing additional information - and my Electric vehicle using the vehicle's kinetic and mechanical power to regenerate its energy storage device filed January 23, 1984 shown above. I have another letter from the DOE after my patent was issued stating they wouldn’t allow government support for the same reason already given. The reason already given was that I was in violation of the First Law of Thermodynamics. The PTO wouldn’t have issued patent 4,597,463 if it was in violation of the Fist Law. The electrocombustible drive engine was included and referenced in this patent and it also would not have been in violation of the First Law or the patent wouldn’t have been allowed. The DOE has all of this on file and it can easily be checked.

UNITED STATES DEPARTMENT COMMERCE
National Bureau of Standards
Washington, D.C 20234

July 22 1982

Honorable Don Edwards House of Representatives Washington, DC 20515

Dear Mr. Edwards:

Thank you for your July 7 letter enclosing correspondence from your constituent, Mr. Richard Barnard, who is requesting reconsideration of his invention which had been reviewed by the Office of Energy-Related Inventions (OERI) and not recommended to the Department of Energy for Government support. In your letter, you requested the mathematical analysis which determined the inefficiency of the generators in Mr. Barnard's design.

Mr. Barnard submitted his invention disclosure to OERI in June 1981 and it was accepted for first-stage evaluation, as described in Section 3 of the enclosed synopsis. On July 2, 1981, we informed Mr. Barnard that we were unable to recommend his invention for Government support because the system would not work as claimed. Subsequently, at Mr. Barnard's request, we reviewed his case several times with the same result. Each time, our decision was based on the fact that Mr. Barnard's concept is in violation of the First Law of Thermodynamics; no mathematical analysis was performed. Copies of our letters to Mr. Barnard further explaining our position are enclosed for your information.

On June 29, we received our copy of Mr. Barnard's request for an additional review of his submission. In light of the additional information he provided, one of our staff evaluators is currently examining his case. We will be pleased to inform you and Mr. Barnard of our findings as soon as the review is complete.

We appreciate your interest in your constituent's invention and our evaluation program. If you have any questions, please feel free to call us at (301) 921-3694.

Sincerely,
George P. Lewett

Hi Gary!

Aloha, Are you interested in learning how the Mariah Windspire can work for you? We are now installing Windspires in Northern California, Eastern Colorado and Western Nebraska. We can produce wind powered electricity for your home or business. Please contact me here or at: mrbillmaui@yahoo.com 402 884-22179(O) or 831 402 2037(C)

Windspire will be featured on a special episode of ABC's "20/20" on June 19th at 10/9C. The episode highlights the impact the new Windspire manufacturing facility is having in Michigan by putting ex-autoworkers back to work.
