- BS degree in Aeronautical Engineering and a Juris Doctorate iaw.
Thirty years of experience in alterhanive energies.
Consultant to Dr. Robin Roy of the Office of Technology Assessment for the U.S. Congress, and contributor to "Energy Efficiency in the Federal Government: Goverment by Good Example?"
Founder of a Co-generation system sold to Ultrasystems. Founder: AMSOL, a solar energy company that developed high performance parabolic solar collectors using less than one oz. of silver to provide a high perfornace reflective surface over 66 square feet.
Founder: International Energy Conservation Systems, developer of one of the first electronic ballasts in the U.S.
Legal advisor to the inventor of the "Bubble Bee" high performance wind generator.
Director: Float Corporation of San Diego, California. This concept utilized a floating structure with massive piston-like chambers which forced massive amounts of air into turbines to generate electricity.
As owner of San Diego Linen (a Commercial Laundry) he developed a waste water recyceling system which saved over 25,000 gallons of potable water a day.
He participated in the development of a waste water system utilizing the Evapo-Transpiration concept of Professor Alfred Bernhard of Canada.

- This grass-roots effort has the potential of applying REAL political pressure.
I am hoping we can develop a technology referral system to reach the appropirate agencies with ideas and new devices.

- I have signed up to be a District Leader for AZ-04.
I would like to offer a suggestion:
The new smart grid should be underground. The high-power towers are too vunerable to destruction. An underground grid eliminates that risk. A key means of laying this grid could be the use of the latest horizontal drilling used by the petroleum industry. By using this system, freeways, rivers, lakes, farms, towns and cities could be by-passed. Millions of dollars and years of time could be saved by not having to take private property via Eminent Domain.
I am sure Mr. Pickens could better develop this idea for our government.

I am one of the welcome wagon crew. We are all volunteers. Out of sheer numbers I greet daily I have a paste and copy note.
It is not intended to overwhelm you, just give you a direction and some contacts.
We are a voluntary community of individuals who are placing our combined support behind T. Boone Pickens and his efforts to send our government a clear (heard) message that we must reduce our nation’s dependence on foreign oil through the use of all domestic energy alternatives. This site is a place to interact with fellow Pickens Plan supporters, keep up with events and opportunities to help get more involvement.

Looks like the much talked about stimulus package passed. Mr. Obama has voiced that eliminating the dependence of foreign oil is a top priority. Now is the time we hammer our elected officials to allow companies and the private sector to run with new tech and needed infrastruture changes; allowing grants & insentives to help us achieve the energy independance goal!!!
Pres. Obama has a site for us to go and voice our vision for the country/world.

There is a group for almost everything. The Forums/discussions on this site are many and you’ll probably find something that interests or concerns you. Some are very long and were started months ago. For the ones that concern you, please keep in mind, events are remembered and relayed differently by those commenting, which as we all too well know equals at least three sides to the event.

The Stimulus Bill has passed! More emphasis will be placed on the House and Senate legislative committees. Information regarding how to communicate with the Legislative Committees will be posted on this website.

Click and you will see a list of options that will automatically link you to your federal and state representatives and the Governor of your state.
The Pledge-Fax Your Statement!!
Please read, sign, and fax to the number listed at the bottom of the Pledge page. It would be a great help to the Community if you could download the pledge, distribute, and persuade others to sign. The Community feels this is the best way to get the attention of state and federal lawmakers. Kim Anderson has other types of sign-up sheets. This is a great way to let lawmakers know of your interest in the reduction of foreign oil.
