- Tell us about your experience with alternative energy:
- One of my most recent employments was with a trucking company who was using bio-grade diesel fuel. I think that we were making a strong statement in the trucking industry when some of our power units were converted from standard diesel to this new and more efficient and clean burning source of bio-diesel.
- What excites you about this campaign?
- The thing that excits me the most is that it comes at a time when people are thinking that everything is coming to conclude as far as fossil fuels go. T.Boone's plan gives many people hope, and that is what people have needed for a long time now-is light at the end of the tunnel. Also, when I drove from my home here near El Paso to Dallas, I couldn't figure out what all of those flashing red lights at night were near Sweetwater, TX. I was fortunate enought to drive back during the day and see of what I thought was one of the most remarkable sites ever in the wind turbine farms near Sweetwater; those flashing red lights from about a week earlier made sense. They were clearance lights for planes to see when flying over head. Yes, they are that high.
- What do you want to do to help?
- I want to work in this industry; I've started my search by applying with several companies such as GE, CDI, and Yoh Engineering to work as an Environmental Health & Safety Specialist. This way I can do my part and I'll contribute to "THE PLAN."

Happy New Year George,
Last year I helped so many members of Pickens Plan learn about personal home energy plans. It's all about conservation of power, and home power generation, things I have been doing at my residence to lower my electricity costs. Send me a friend request a to add me George, I'd be honored to have you as a friend here.
BTW, Texas: I just posted an article link on my pickens page about Home Wind Systems in Texas. Your state's representatives, governor, and public utility commission officials are not in your corner with this "weak policy" on Net Metering. Instead they have the tables turned against green power for businesses and homeowners. Texas has created multiple sets of rules for loopholes and you have less rights than people in other states. You should read that article, important.
When you get a chance you might want to go and check out the Artists Round-Up group that is not so much a group as it is a roster. It is a good venue to promote yourself and your work. Yes, you ARE an artist! Anyway, all you have to do is start a discussion title it your name and start telling everyone about yourself and what you do. Easy! To find it just go to groups and enter the keyword artists in the search.
