Are you interested in becoming an organizer in your area?
Yes
Tell us about your experience with alternative energy:
I currently am researching and creating information products to help the average joe reduce his energy costs by producing his own energy and selling back the excess to the power companies. I am a small business owner and the energy costs are putting me out of business. I think there are millions in the same boat.
What excites you about this campaign?
I am excited to hear someone with enough political and monetary influence to step out and try to make a difference in this global energy problem. In my research into sustainable, clean energy systems over the past 3 months I find that nobody is listening to the man who is out working to provide for his family and getting taxed to death, paying for the illegals heath care, etc, paying for the third and fourth generation of welfare people and the politicians just spending the tax dollars on everything that is lobbied to them and getting us deeper in debt. The politicans certainly are not listening to working America and their needs. I applaud Mr. Pickens for this program and with the support of enough people that are fed up with the system we can make a difference.
What do you want to do to help?
I am sending out the invitation to as many of my friends and colleagues as possible. I am in the process of developing a website to inform the internet world about renewable energy and will definitely post the banner and link to this site.

Merry Christmas Glen,
This year I have helped so many members learn about personal home energy plans. It's all about power use, conservation, and home power generation, things I have been doing at my residence to lower my energy costs. Send me a friend request a to add me Glen, I'd be honored to have you as a friend here.
BTW, oklahoma: I just posted an article about Home Wind Systems in oklahoma. Your state's representatives, governor, and public utility commission officials are not in your corner with this "soft policy" on Net Metering. Instead they have the tables turned against green power for businesses and homeowners. You should read that article, important.

Hello Glen, These new roof mounting residential wind turbine kits are shipping now. They are sleek, attractive, and well designed. These are actually a home appliance on the roof, much like an antennae or satellite dish. They are as easy to install as other home appliances, like dishwasher, home theatre, etc. It's a nice clean way for you to begin your Personal Energy Plan. These systems are inexpensive, easy to install, scaleable.
Your Wind blows stronger in winter, Your Sun shines stronger in summer. This hybrid wind/solar system combines these cycles to give a more even flow of energy year round. This homeowner sized wind/solar system provides free power for your home. Many customers have found it easy to become customer/dealers of our kits. Customers can become a dealer with no further investment, they see quickly how people are easy to get interested.
I have used the same systems save money on my electricity costs from day one and Glen, you can too. Your local wind resources are so good in Oklahoma. Check these windmaps and see can you pinpoint what number your area is in. Zone 2 is OK, anything over 2 is (very) good. First double check your wind resources from the map and links below.
Hope you'll join "Great Plains for Pickens Plan" group, where we are creating a forum to bring together the entire wind corridor for coordinated action.
Howdy fellow Okiean, Dont let the mentally challnged here get to ya. There are real people here, who know whats what. Check out what I got cooking for the plan. I am not really here for funding, im waing on that. I am looking for wild talant like me. And felling very lonely. Its better to watch and listen then spar with buffons, less stressful to.
Download the pdf (4 MB) and get a sense of where we have to start.
Then watch us grow and implement a plan to install grid tied solar pv systems on all rooftops, and most importantly, bring an entire City back to life as Carbon Free as possible.
