- Tell us about your experience with alternative energy:
- I am a shopping center developer and we are interested in developing more solar energy in our centers in the West, particulary in the South West. We have started with simple solar cameras and signage but would like to work towards more alternative energies in commercial applications.
- What excites you about this campaign?
- The collaboration aspect and the pursuit of freedom from the oil industry. Control energy costs for our retailers is one of our highest priorities as we work with some rent sensitive clients.
- What do you want to do to help?
- I would like to specifically work with my peer group as we have centers across the west with real estate connections, developers, retailers and others and with our ICSC affiliates. Application of the solar projects in the commercial aspect.
