- Tell us about your experience with alternative energy:
- I studied passive solar energy for 3 years on my own time in the 1980's, with a belief that our nation, even back then was needing to develop our alternative energy research & also a multitude of financial resources for development, marketing and distribution of those goods & services. When I received the opportunity to go back to school, after losing a job which resulted from a reduction in force, to overseas competition, I went back to school & pursued a business degree in 1997.
While I was going to a local business college in Phoenix, AZ to achieve my degree, I sought out and discovered a solar & wind energy product & distribution company in Scottsdale, AZ, where I did my 90 day internship. This company was a world leader in photovoltaic cell production and equipment associated with the use of those solar cell, which included water well pumps for remote use such as ranches, etc. I'd received this assignment to go through about a half-dozen large boxes of marketing materials.
The intent was to acquire all of the contact information from the boxes and use it to create a marketing database to work from! It was quite a project, which I successfully was able to accomplish over a 90 day internship, 3 hours per day and 5 days per week. I finally converted those 6 large boxes of all that information in a Microsoft Access database, which I'm sure that they still may be utilizing to this very day!
- What excites you about this campaign?
- The incredible positive financial impact that this can have on our country, as well as gaining freedom from dependence of terrorist harboring nations' oil outside the U.S.A. You know, I believe that God has blessed me with the same visionary abilities that he has my mother. When I was living in Texas back in the early to mid 1980's, I was attempting to acquire angel investors to create an organization which was going to contract to the corporate sector, "Anti-terrorist Training", and I was basically laughed at by everyone I spoke to. "We will not ever have to worry about terrorism in this country", they said. Well I guess they were wrong, and I know that they're wrong about us not needing to develop our alternative energy also.
- What do you want to do to help?
- Become part of the team. Possibly even become a part time independent consultant for the development of the Pickens plan.

I am one of the welcome wagon crew. We are all volunteers. Out of sheer numbers I greet daily I have a paste and copy note.
