Very limited. Raised in Oklahoma, the "Oil Capitol", I was never given much opportunity to experience alternate forms of energy; we didn't need them.
However, with the constant fear of a financial crisis and the readily available sources of cheaper and free energy, it is high time the government and the people of Oklahoma realize that there are options, there are ways to improve on what we already have.
What excites you about this campaign?

Interested in seeing if I am able to place wind turbines or a wind farm in my area or on my family's Osage tribal land.

When you sign up if they get your ZipCode, they know your congressional district. At the Federal and State level. Its enough, most people dont know what District they are in let alone who their representatives are.
You are correct some of the functions of social networking are not as needed.
I signed up today for all the groups that are clearly Oklahoma and Tulsa. I emailed them all requests to join OK-01 and a meeting I set for this Thursday 6pm; Panera 41& Hudson. I am pretty sure everyone in the groups got the email blast, but I am not sure everyone has forward emails turned on.
I need to go back to each group and post the event on their group Comment Wall.
Are you still thinking about setting up a trip to the Mall to sign up people? I wonder if we can get some news coverage for that?
