- I manage real time operations at a large utility in the American West. Our company is committed to becoming the largest utility generator of alterative energy, targeting upward of 2000 MW of installed capacity in the near future. My team is directly responsible for integrating alternative energy sources into the moment to moment operation of the electric grid.
- What excites you about this campaign?
- Collectively, we have the opportunity to change the future.
- What do you want to do to help?
- I want to share our experiences with alternative energy operations, specifically with wind. I want to learn from the experiences of others in similar situations.

I'm not sure what this "Friends" program is all about, but I am interested in learning.
I am concerned about our energy future, but I don't share you enthusiasm for alternative energy sources. I just don't think any substitute for fossil fuels will amount to a significant percentage of our energy usage for a long time. I am not opposed to that notion, I just don't think the technology is there for it to become a significant percentage.
T. Boone Pickens is my hero. That means I believe in his wind system just because he does.
