- I have been studying Solar Energy for the past 3 years and have attended several meetings and one Seminar that was Industry supported. I visited the Solar Energy Facility of the University system of Florida at Cocoa Beach. The ideas are incredible and the applications I saw were everyday items I had never realized could be serviced by solar energy. I am installer qualified.
- What excites you about this campaign?
- The idea of getting the entire Southwest area into this effort is quite a great dream. It isn't my dream, but it is a dream I can easily fit into place, once it is clear what needs to be done and how. There are a lot of jobs that will be generated and there needs to be good organization to become efficient and not double stacked, unless there is valid need for redundancy.
- What do you want to do to help?
- I can help in so many ways, it will come down to finding the best fit and the best value for the dollars spent. I currently work for the USPS and can't get involved in a political organization. But I can design logos, build mock-ups, design T-shirts, present information and gather data. I am a photographer and artist, so I can help there. And I speak fluent Russian and German.

Things are great. I now have more projects started than I will ever be able to complete in a lifetime, so I can select the easy ones.
When I was younger I was comfortable walking around on the roof, but since I stepped off a ladder and broke an ankle I matured and realized that if I fell more than 10 feet I would splash like a bowl of jelly. Best of luck with your new profession.
Anachronism has a building that is heated by sucking heat from the attic because the roof is in the real sense a great big collector. I am building a wall sized panel which is little more that a plastic bag. Insulated back and clear vinyl front. Any ideas on that?

Why don't you look into affiliate marketing. Create your own Sustainable Community Association for Warr Acres, set up a ning for the group and get all the locals to join. All the politicians will have to join, and then the people selling green stuff and very quickly you will have THE site for your community. And go to OurGV or Shuffler or backpage.com or there are a few others who give free lessons - free join up. OK I give up. I feel as if I am talking to my stupid kids. You have a lot more going for you than you give yourself credit for Gregory. Very soon all commerce will be conducted through the internet, so you had better learn how it all works. It is organizing itself now. When complete people will look at it and say - I wish I had seen that coming. The only way you can be first is if you are the first. Just do it!
We presently have two major cities with employees on strike. These people are so out of touch with reality that we may need a total system failure to affect change.
The Bata shoe lady is funding building of a sustainable community designed by one of our Universities. They must have been working on this for some time, because it is ready for GO.
And yes we need a whole new local Government system - we will get one as a by-product of the change in banking.

Our mission is to educate, organize and represent beneficiaries in the adoption of a Renewable Energy Payment policy mechanism. We are launching a public relations marketing campaign focused on the advancement of a REP policy. By way of gaining broad support for this effort we will be engaging in a three pronged approach. First is to educate and influence the policy makers, elected officials and decision makers. Second is to educate the current and future members of the alliance through workshops, board meetings and presentations. Third is to educate and stimulate the public into taking action through their support and involvement.
The reasons we believe a REP policy will be effective are simple but very powerful. First they are transparent and easy to understand. Second they provide access to anyone and everyone who wishes to produce renewable energy, creating a level playing field for producers, individuals and businesses of all sizes. Third they provide no limit or cap on the upside of production, thus allowing a truly self directed market. Fourth and perhaps most important they offer ability to be financed, creating a whole new lending market and a whole new industry.
Stakeholders in FARE include renewable energy producers, individual residents of the state of Florida, community organizations, municipalities, elected officials, ranchers, farmers, commercial real estate holders, developers, manufacturers, non profits and associations.
Our goal is to represent one collective effort showing support for advancing rapid, widespread deployment of renewable energy in the state of Florida. Our alliance will act as a public face in front of elected officials, potential members, community organizations, municipalities, like-minded initiatives, and the media. The alliance will also serve as an information hub, acting as a central source for collection and distribution of news, whitepapers, press releases and member activity.
Our three basic platforms for the REP mechanism are job creation, energy independence and environmental stewardship. During the 2009 legislative session we will advocate implementation of REPs with the House and Senate in Florida as well as the Governor and his team.

On your 11/16/08 comments on inventors using your ideas, when you expose the ideas that could be patented, you have "Given" your soul away and it is no longer patentable as it is now "Public Property". I walked this path and learned this tragic truth.
