Are you interested in becoming an organizer in your area?

Maybe--But Not Sure What to Organize

Tell us about your experience with alternative energy:

Not a lot--I do know that propane has been used on dairy farms to power trucks in this area for many years.

What excites you about this campaign?

Use of american renewable resources--cleaner air from compressed natural gas or electrical vehicles. Should create jobs

What do you want to do to help?

I have some experience and know some of the canyon county and Nampa officials including Mayor Tom Dale. The city and county have a lot of vehicles. If they could take the lead and buy natural gas fueled vehicles and establish a service station in the valley it would be a big start.

THERE IS NO TIME TO DELAY
…to wait and see…or to see if someone else will step up to the plate. It is time for US to roll up our sleeves and go to work. Right now momentum is working in our favor, but if gas prices retreat, the public will forget the pain, and our moment may be lost.

PICKENS U We are recruiting "Campus Coordinators" for colleges and universities to represent the Pickens Plan on campus. Looking for someone who can create a college page on the Pickens Plan site and also on Facebook encouraging folks to sign up for the Pickens Plan.
If you are connected to a college or university in your state, can be a campus coordinator, or can help find a campus coordinater, please let me know so we can get the process rolling.

PERSONAL ACTION OPTIONS We need to do more than “preach to the choir”. Sharing ideas with each other is encouraging but that will not
1) increase our membership nor
2) influence public policy.
If you know someone in the press or someone who blogs - get them to cover this. Ask those in the public eye to support this plan.
