- This is my FOURTH alternative energy project. It has become normal for me to work with other Inventors on other projects. Using many things I've learned over the years, I've invented, built and patented the first machine processors system of this type. No internal moving parts, no use of fire and "zero emissions" AS hydrocarbon energy is extracted from hydrocarbon waste(s) and contained. This Project Cleans our Environment by converion-processing; Hydrocarbon WASTES, i.e. "solid hydrocarbons” old scrap tires, and/or, plastics & med-wastes, Convert/break-down to fuels; Gases, Oil; which leaves Solid "Carbon Black” most all forms of standard waste hydrocarbons / Hydrocarbon Waste Streams can beer converted.
However, Un-like all of the older systems that have done this before and have even been in commercial operations since 1938... this new Hansen-Process "is not" a pyro-system. Hansen-Process makes 100% Zero-Emissions as it works; extracting / reclaiming; fuels, Oils & Gases i.e. hydrogen, methane,. What remains is Solid Carbon-Black from waste hydrocarbons… instead of sending CO & CO2 into the air. …Currently; old plastics, old tires, most all medical waste-plastic in can become a valuable Fuel Resource at least: A NONE POLLUTING WASTE.

Hansen-Processors operates so "cleanly & safe" that they've been allowed to operate while set-up completely "inside" of the Capital Building for Gov. Cecil Underwood of WV. and for U.S. Senators: Byrd & Rockefeller; "Zero Smells, No smoke, no noise, as it makes high explosives (FUELS) = Cleanly Recovers Energy: OIL GAS & CARBON-BLACK from Waste Things: NO WASTE HEAT EXHAUSTS EITHER.
The Hansen-Process turned an "old tire" into Hydrogen, Methane, OIL and Carbon Black Powder as it ran inside of the Capital Building on all Live TV NEWS SHOWS. A few months after the Capital Building Demo: Gov. Underwood had Marshall University Test/Study and write a book about The Hansen Process. The book shows that "The Hansen Process WORKS"and is New and is a Zero-Emissions Technology THAT REALLY WORKS...!!! After the Marshal University Book was written...

AND NOW, after all of the studies & perfect test reports, I often get asked this question:
Mr. Inventor, IF, IT WORKS SO WELL..., THEN, WHY Aren't Your Machines UP AND RUNNING RIGHT NOW?
well.... >Two Reasons:
ONE: A simple lack of funding.
(While I worked with WV. GOV. Underwood I ALMOST had $12.5 Million in my hand to build a factory in WV.)
But, >> however, recently, it was found and proved in a U.S. Federal Court that there was, A Major GROUP OF Corporations that ACTUALLY had been stopping the forward progress of smaller companies like Hansen Energy And Technologies Inc. And, because of their unfair business practices that major carbon black manufacturing corp. located in the same state where I was doing business--- has now, recently "lost" their federal court battle, after being sued & fined $10,000,000 plus, that corp was forced to shut-down their commercial carbon-black manufacturing opertaion/factory in West Virginia, for "thier" unfair business activities.
THAT WAS AN INTERESTING WASTE OF TIME FOR ME..! It's been interesting to really experience and see frist hand how BIG Money STOPS... new, earth-cleanly, energy technologies.
NOW that the rats who had been stopping me lost their day in court... I NEED Normal Funding, or A REAL GREAT "GRANT WRITER... " a BOOK Writer, A movie producer...
AND A GOOD HONEST COMPANY THAT WOULDD LIKE TO INVEST From $3 / $25 Million TO BUILD SOME EARTH-CLEANING, ENERGY-RECOVERY MACHINES.

Garbage Disposing Fuel Generator
It sounds like a Hollywood science-fiction movie: a little-known inventor designs a machine that, amazingly, turns common garbage into engine fuel.
But, now, this story is no fiction;
American inventor Jack Hansen has designed and built just such a machine, it converts a wide range of materials, from medical waste to old tires, into a useful liquid & gas fuels.
> PBS-TV Reportor: Erika Celeste introduces us to Jack Hansen, whose invention will help America reduce its dependence on Mid East Oil, and provide cheap electricl power for communities around the globe, as HANSENAZATION also shrinks towering piles of garbage that continue to grow and choke America's landfills.
In that popular 1985 movie "Back to the Future", a brilliant but eccentric scientist invents a way to fuel his time-traveling car with garbage. At the time, audiences laughed at the concept, but they didn't know that inventor Jack Hansen was already busy turning concept into reality. Within five years of the film's release, Inventor Hansen did created a machine that now recycles energy without any emissions even as old-tires are turned back into oil & gas.
"We're looking at a situation of 'back to the future' now. Hansenazation makes fuels." Mr. Hansen said.
Hansen Energy And Technology, or HEAT, for short, is easy to operate. Waste is processed inside of Zero Air Emission HANSENIZERS. Mr. Hansen currently works is eliminating old used tires. However, most any hydrocarbon-based feed-stock from plastic medical waste to restaurant leftovers will work.
The HEAT processors extract oils which can serve as a feedstock for factories, as a home-heating fuel, or, with additional refining, as gasoline for cars. And the process also produces two main gases, methane & hydrogen, which can be sold to power companies and/or even used in fuel cells to clean make electric power.
Hansen says, the basic principles behind his new machine have been around for 100+ years, it is this new invention that makes it unique. "I took out everything now in other systems that break.
HEAT's design is much more energy efficient, has zero emissions, no odors, and even as the processor is running, it is not hot to the touch. He adds that this system can be built to accommodate as little or as much input as needed.
A machine that does so much sounds too good to be true. So, Gov. Underwood of WV had Marshall University study it. Prof. Carico headed the project for WV Waste Management.
Prof. Carico who wrote the book on the study; said he was really impressed. "Simple machines tend to work, there is nothing to break..." he said. "A couple of other things I like with the Hansen technology is a much more efficient use heat... having no chimney is much more 'environmentally favorable.'

Mr. Hansen knows this will speed elimination of a billion-plus used tires currently piling up in America's landfills and pose dangers of fire & disease. Getting rid of tire piles cuts mosquitos and reduces outbreaks of West Nile Virus.

Roger Clark said he'd like to build a test plant and put up 150 more around the country. "We're allocating $25 million towards Hansen's projects. We've raised most of it; We hope to start the project after the first of next year,"
Companies in China, Taiwan, and Australia are negotiating to obtain licensing rights. A British company is interested in using the hydrogen in their fuel cells.

It's all about conservation of power, and home power generation, things I have been doing at my residence to lower my electricity costs. BTW, Texas: I just posted an article link on my pickens page about Home Wind Systems in Texas. Your state's representatives, governor, and public utility commission officials are not in your corner with this "weak policy" on Net Metering. Instead they have the tables turned against green power for businesses and homeowners. Texas has created multiple sets of rules for loopholes and you have less rights than people in other states. You should read that article, important.
