In Skills USA ( VICA ), we used alternative energy to charge batteries. A replica of a House was used to portay how solar enegy can help small communties and homes. In Robotics, solar energy will have to used to keep power cells charged constantly.

What do you want to do to help?

To help i will develope prototypes or set ups of homes and businesses using Thermal Conversion and Array Systems to power electrical facilities

Solar Energy

Solar energy is power that comes from the sun. Solar energy can be harnessed in two different ways. One way is through photovoltaic conversion. Another way is through solar thermal conversion. During photovoltaic conversion, solar energy is collected through panels, called solar panels. Solar panels are covered with large modules which are covered with lots of small PV cells, or photovoltaic cells. The PV cells collect the light from the sun.

Did you get a chance to watch the summit? AMAZING! Gave me goose bumps. They get it! However, Harry Reid is concerned about public an political support. WE MUST build our numbers fast to insure we REALLY DO GET transmission and smart grid - both critical to the future of renewables!
