4. Ethanol from non food staples, biomass, cellulose, sugar cane
5. Use of Plasma technology or fermentation
6. Wind, solar and Geothermal energy
7. Cost for Gas stations to implement new fuels.

Around 2000 a project of law for Bolivia was written by this author to solve problems with the import of gasoline. Bolivia has the second great reserves of Gas in Latin America, after Venezuela. The Bolivians understood the subject and they have been working to change gasoline by the gas. On July 9, 2008 President Evo Morales signed a state plan to subsidize 100% the conversion of vehicles from Gasoline to Natural Gas which now costs between $500 and $800 (EFE).
If Bolivia can do it, USA will have more resources to accomplish it.

That tells us that in one hundred years we may deplete more of the natural resources. If we look at nature, it has its own power to regenerate. Oxigen consumption and C02 production is regenerated by photosyntesis. We need to learn from nature... How can we give back to nature, what we are taking from it? Great ideas Dr. Gomez!

We have came out with the following ideas:
1. Converting 250 million cars to natural gas is going to be expensive.
2. We need an affordable fuel flex technology that allow to use natural gas (NG), ethanol o gasoline.
3. Home refilling NG is expensive ($3,000). Better to have NG in all gas stations that will require a Law feom the Congress
4. Contact GM, Ford and Crysler to ask for a NG Vehicle,- which they build abroad,- even better to manufacture the Compressed Air Car with American Technology.
5. Use Konarka solar cell technology www.konarka.com in the roof of all vehicles to generate energy for the air compressor.

Our leaders can not ignore millions of members of the Pickens Plan. One person can make a difference.
