I am an engineer in the field of Acoustics I wrote my Masters Thesis on the "Energy of Air Watts Motion". This was formulated on the principle that Audio or sound wave produce a level of sound pressure levels (SPL) that could be asserted to a level to provide sound wave at a DB level that could predicate energy in the form of wind that could generate enough pressure in PSI that could turn a turbine for electrical generation in the Mega-watt range or higher.

What excites you about this campaign?

That renewable energy is in the news and that the candidates are talking about it. But as a citizen of Arizona I know John McCain and he is not whom he says he is. He will not open alternative energy project to any body but his pals. The independent inventor or engineer will have no participation in the renewable energy revolution. Only big industry business contractor will get the funding that they realy don't need if they would only convince their stock holders to take less profit and do more inovative research and make the manufacturing of the research here in the USA.

What do you want to do to help?

I am an engineer that has been working on a new type of vertical shaft horizontal rotating wind turbine that can employ a new type of electric generator, called the Hall Effect DC generator. Why DC? Because it requires 85% less horse power to generate electricity than AC type generators and can be inverted to AC electricity power at 97.8%efficiency. This has been employed at Hydroelectric generating damns for many years. The reason I went to a vertical shaft horizontal rotating wind turbine is because it is not dependent on wind direction for a consistent wind power source. Also the blade area of a conventional horizontal shaft vertical rotating fan blade type turbine only captures about 7% to 9.6% of all the wind that passes by the location of that type of turbine fan. Where as a horizontal rotating turbine has over 87% more square area of surface area within the circumference of is turbine diameter than the conventional fan blade turbine diameter. My turbine is lighter in weight and develops nearly six times the horsepower for the overall surface area vs. diameter than the conventional fan type turbine. It dose not require the height in the air that a large wind turbines do. They are over 60 to 100 meters off the ground at the hub. Where as my turbine is only 30 meters off of the ground at the hub. At 12 meters in diameter turbine of my design will produce over 2000-horse power at 5 to 7 miles per hour of wind speed. And 12,000 horsepower at 20 miles an hour wind speed or more. With a passive Hall effect generator of my design I can generate over 5MVA per/s per/s or 5 megawatts per minute of DC voltage and amperage. At 120 volts DC that is just over 41,666 amps. Now wind is never constant or blows from the same direction form minute to the next minute. But my turbine is omni directional in nature it doesn't care which way the wind blows. I have applied for a grant to complete the final research and development of the three areas of prototypes that I would like to finish. If you would provide me with a real Email address that I can attach some jpeg pictures of my ideas I would be willing to get some help from you and your organization to complete this innovating technology. I will only be willing to get this help in the form of a private grant or a loan that would keep me in control of the research and development course and goals. I can have a finished prototype working in about one year or less and be ready to go into production in my three primary manufacturing concepts within one year after that. My grant application is as an unsolicited applicant at The National Science Foundation. I have finish the application and have filed it on time. The paper work for these grants was huge and took a lot of research just to meet their criteria and requirements. The good thing is that I am low income with some heart heath issues, and they do not require that I have 10% of the amount of the requested funds for my grant application. They do not require that I disclose any of the proprietary art or scientific technologies or patentable invention information to get this grant. My application is in for $2.8 million USD for a two-year project.
