Mr. Manning if you have the time someday look up my record in Republican Party. Yes! I worked against Kerry Davis a Democrat but most important, We helped stop the building of prison in FairView Htgs Il. reported News Democrat, put people to work, Helped get out the vote, and yes it has caused a lot of problems. Complaints been filed for having Holy Cross, and small statute of Mary in my yard, Having 5 chickens on my Ranch, parking my car on my land, not stopping wild coyote from barking 1,000.00 fine, etc., etc.So helping has come with a price, but I would do it again if needed. Thanks for all of your Time! Back to the windmill in Caseyville only wanted to help, but they did not want any.(Go Green) is not a dream that came true in Caseyville, but so what. Just keep Dreaming and loving all people, and the dream will never die! Now we see windmills ever day. Dream come true! You keep up the great work, and I seen your work it will change the world some day. God Bless You!

UNIVERSITY OF GEORGIA, SCHOOL OF ENGINEERING
" The question remains as to why this device has not been universally adopted? The only reason that I can determine is one outside of my area of expertise: Politics. I lack an understanding of the complicated interactions of utility companies, Public Service Commissions, and the legislative, executive, and judicial branches of government in this regard. In summary, the PLD has met all the criteria of engineering design and has been proven effective." Ronald McClendon, Ph. D.
Note: Dr. McClendon has taught courses in mechanical, electrical, aeorospace, and industrial engineering, as well as, engineering mechanics, artificial intelligence, and biological engineering at three major research universities. At the University of Georgia he has taught Microcontrollers and Utilization of Electric Power and Equipment. These courses are pertinet to the PLD concept.
Thought you might be interested in the Idaho National Laboratory facebook site. We do a lot of energy research including wind, nuclear, solar, natural gas, etc. http://www.facebook.com/idahonationallaboratory
