Great results for you district! Just fantastic. Have you or anyone in your area brought aboard 100 new suporters personally - we would love to have them in the 100CLUB!
I want to join your group and be part of the Pickens Plan. I joined the Pickens Plan several months ago and I am very interested in seeing it succeed. My time is limited but I can certainly make phone calls and email.
hi jerry my name is fred hill from butte montana is their any thing we can do to help push wind energy development especially by anaconda as a way to help in the clean up of the super fund site by putting the land back to a good use by producing clean energy
Jerry: Please give me a call at 566-2500 so we can talk. Wheatland County is really active right now with leasing etc. and the open season on the Cninook line. My partner and I are meeting Tuesday with three clients in the area that are working to lease a large acreage to Gaelectric. I also have two large landower clients in the good wind area around Judith Gap that are attempting to sell their ranches with 100% of wind rights. One is a late 60's woman that is at the point of her life that she wants to sell her 10,000 plus acres instead of leasing it. Her land is located west and southwest of Judith Gap and is in one block. The other client owns a large deeded block of about 43,000 acres that cuts a wide north to south swath from the Snowies to the Musselshell and is in the great wind area south east of Judith Gap. That family has owned the ranch for decades but is in an old family corporation currently in disarray amongst its shareholders thus causing them to choose to sell the land rather than leasing it to a wind company. With the capacity ont the Chinook line filling up, their timing is quite important. That ranch is really well suited for a large utility scale wind farm. Two of the brothers that have ran the ranch desire to remain there and lease back the property at about a 1 to 1.5% return to the purchaser per year. The Chinook DC conversion station will be near Harlowton and this property could, in my estimation, be home to hundreds of towers. Whoever owns the place and leases it or develops it themselves would derive the income of the towers which sure seems to service the purchase price but enough promotion. Give me a call when you get a chance.
Howdy Jerry,
I will be happy to help out whomever the local area leader will be. I'm actively involved in the Ravalli County conservative activism group as well as active in legislative issues on constitutional rights, etc. I do my best to be actively involved in protecting Montana and the US Constitution and fiscally responsible policies as advocated by Ron Paul. If I can help with the Pickens Plan activism, I will do my best.
Happy Preparedness and Freedom Trails,
Jim Farley
PS: At the request of Gary Marbut of MSSA, I just sent the following letter to all legislators on the administrations committee in support of HB 479:
Please vote for HB 479, a critical disaster emergency re
sponse bill for all Montanans, speakingfrom experience,
having a disaster response business in adjusting and dis
aster remediation cleanup, seeing chaos and needless suf
fering in Hurricane Andrew, LA earthquake to Katrina. I
know first hand how much better those states would have
been with an organization like HB 479 Home Guard. Many
lives would have been saved, much suffering reduced. Our response team has slept in dumps in unbearable conditions with no water for sanitation and barely enough to drink. We
had to scrounge hard to buy marginal food. I was
used to it, but my Montana teenage daughter on our crew
had the cultural shock of her life. My decades of exper
iences led to teaching classes, starting a preparedness
store. Starr and I served on a grassroots land use plan
ning committee in Lemhi County, Id. in the mid 90's that
prevented a fed program forced on citizens. We helped
save citizens rights when wolf introduction issues blew
up, a stupid fed judge in Hawaii shut down the Salmon
Natl. Forest. I also developed a citizens earthquake re
sponse system when living in Alaska that worked well.
Thanks for supporting HB479.

Dear Jerry,
Thanks for the message. I can't do a windmill at my farm. But I
sure would like to see MSU engineering do some projects directed
at getting natural gas into farm tractors and other farm vehicles.
CENEX is in a great position to do this. Maybe CENEX could give
MSU a grant and get the ball rolling.
Hi! No, there is nothing I need from you. I am very busy with my job and family so I am happy to just be an "Army member" for now. Someday, hopefully in the near future, I plan on powering my home with wind energy, but at this point in time I am not able to afford the equipment. If only there were more incentives to individuals instead of just businesses, co-ops, and schools!

When you get the endorsement, ask them if they will participate in the MArch! Then let Boone know, he can add them to the March numbers!
Would love to have some MT members in the 100CLUB! 10 a day gets it done.
This should be a great week!
