Are you interested in becoming an organizer in your area?: Maybe--But Not Sure What to Organize

Tell us about your experience with alternative energy:: I knew it was the right way going back in 1978 when I purchased several photo voltaic stock that went bust because there was no interest at that time, and oil was cheap.

What excites you about this campaign?: I think that finally people are listening because it's hurting them. When the price of oil went up in 1974, there were gas lines, I thought for sure people would want to go to solar. I bought the company called Soloran, it went bust, I can only hope they listen, and take this serious this time.

What do you want to do to help?: I don't know what I can do except to tell folks about it with my email list.

At 6:15am on August 7, 2008, Anthony Palumbo said…: I hope so too. I saw TBP's appearance on CNBC the morning he announced his detailed plan. It's the first workable concept I've seen, and it makes perfect sense. I've thought that natural gas was the most logical replacement for oil as a motor fuel for years. The technology has been around forever and there's already a basic distribution infrastructure. Wind and solar are no-brainers.

It's a sad commentary on the state of American politics that the private sector has to do our long range security planning while the morons we've elected focus on how to get re-elected and little more.
