- Studied wind energy in 1970's as a graduate student at Stanford University. MS in aeronautical engineering with specialization in rotary wing aerodynamics. Believe in your assertion that natural gas is the bridge fuel we need to transition to.
- What excites you about this campaign?
- NGV excites as a potential business opportunity. The fueling station infrastructure needs to be expanded to provide better coverage of the US. The trucking industry should be the first to jump on the band wagon. The business opportunity is enormous.
- What do you want to do to help?
- Build a NVG business.

General John Osborn here. I am your District FL-11 Leader for Pickens Plan. We need YOU more than ever. Our organization has evolved and your role has become very clear. Come to the Pickens Plan website and add yourself to my friend list and also the District Group. Make firm plans to attend our monthly meetings, you will see the Pickens Plan has had new life breathed into it. Bring a friend, we have plenty of seating. Under my leadership you can have a tangible role in the operation of the district. You will be meeting “Mark Sharpe” of the Hillsborough County Board of County Commissioners at the September meeting. I assure you this will be interesting and informative.

Please support the NAT GAS Act of 2009
There are hydrogen conversion kits available on the market now that do not rely on fill ups - they break down water and direct hydrogen into a mix with dieesel or gas in the injection system of existing automobile engines. I just had one installed on my 04 Toyota PU truck. Natural gas conversion have been around a long time as most bottled gas dealors will tell you - however the miles per fill up is the limiting problem and availability and ease of refilling.

The stars have aligned to create the possibility of a paradigm shift that is and has been urgently needed. We have an angry citizenry due to pain at the pump, a presidential election on the horizon, and a man with a plan to dramatically and imminently reduce our dependance on foreign oil, who has the resources, contacts and connections, knowledge and "will" to get it done.
Please share this plan with your circle of friends, family and associates. Unrge them to JOIN. As you know, it is simply like signing a petition. With large numbers of supporters, we can put pressure to bear on Congress to incentivize alternative and renewable energies, and insure that our future president will be a leader that will push for domestic energy solutions. JFK once said. "in the next 10 years we will put a man on the moon". He got it done. We need that kind of leadership on energy.
Time is of the essence. If gas prices retreat the public will forget the pain, and our moment may be lost. How frightening to be looking back and apologizing to our children that we could not get this done when we had the chance.
