For 20 years my talented research engineer son (UC Berkeley Drake Scholar) and I have researched and designed with limited resources to create cost effective, self sustaining answers to the problems dependence on oil would create. I assure you Matt is uniquely prepared to present details of how to make natural gas the preferred transportation fuel. Boone and Aubrey McClenden will want to be aware of the cleaver engineering advances, traffic flow improvements and economics needed to make converting all cars and trucks to NG a no-brainer.

Over many years of hard work Matt has created and detailed numerous ways to profitably extract as much energy as needed from U.S. wind. We have also detailed feasible engineering advances to extract and deliver abundant energy from remote wind and ocean swells. I am sure Boone and supporters would get excited. Boone and McClenden both have the resources to kick start one or more of Matt’s self-sustaining energy solutions that require no government subsidies. The time to solve our energy problems rapidly by fusing Matt’s concepts with Pickens plan has come. Is Matt a recognized wolrld expert on the energy problem? No! He has been busy developing the expertise and concepts to create the solutions.

In 1992 Matt and I built a bicycle that was the first and only bike to ever go 85 MPH. Now if Pickens wants we can build him one that can advertise Pickens plan by safely exceeding 100mph and traveling 80 miles in one hour. We have no way to sit down with Boone like Charlie Rose and discuss the elegant engineering needed to improve his plan and have political support. I am sure Pickens talked with the best he knows of but I think Matt will help with the details needed to make it happen fast!

What excites you about this campaign?

It is close to what will work and it has the backing of a sincere rational problem solver that puts his own money behind his plans.

What do you want to do to help?

I want to have me and Matt to sit down in private with Boone Pickens and discuss how to make a good plan even better.

Making it so advantageous to convert your vehicles to NG that everyone does it pronto is what is possible with existing knowledge (Boone doesn't have it.). It is why Boone needs to contact Matt. When it is time to convert to NG it will be obvious. If you can help get Boone to talk with Matt it won't take long to get the US on NG and ready to use hydrogen from wind and deep ocean swells eventually. Believe it or not there are also other things that will help more than wind turbines right now to help solve energy crisis and turn off all the coal fired generators..

I sure wish it were as easy as a few engine changes. The technology to convert to NG has been available in Hot Rod magazine repeatedly for 30 years. You will find a lot of people ready to sell you same, including Pickens companies. The answer is much more demanding and requires out of box thinking and new engineering that Matt understands. Again get Boone to talk with Matt if you think Boone really is more interested in solving our problems than making money by getting government support.

I want to educate myself and then hopefully others on this method, this way it's not overwhelming to any of us. If you and your son can create a desire or market so to speak, to convert to an alternative fuel, then it will gain popularity among regular folks.

But, Has your state senator, U.S. Representative, or anyone else in GOVERNMENT indicated any interest? In 1948 my father was converting cars, trucks, and other gasoline burning motors to burn PROPANE. Propane is a compressed gas, just like CNG. Even without your son's expertise the technology to use CNG is already here. All that is needed is to get Washington off their A....S.
