It's a program associated with the University of South Carolina and HQ'd right there in Columbia or so I'm told.

We're working with the university, and the state & county depts. of economic development. I was hoping to make some acquaintances in town and perhaps set up some meetings with my partner over in Kershaw county, to discuss business.
