What do you want to do to help?
Work in the field of Solar or Wind to help Expansion thru educating consumers, entire neighborhoods and communities at a time and gaining government cooperation. There is alot of action going on, but not alot of it is focused on individuals. I'd like to work with a company that is focused on providing services to households and businesses, rather than just large utilities.

Have you seen T. boones AUTO MATIC system to send
e-mail to your rep. You type in a few key strokes and
it auto adresses the e-mail to all your reps and the GOV.
of your state based on zip code. Has a sugested draft of a letter to send. NEVER EASYER. Spread the word to click on the ACTION CENTER at the main web site.

Julie,
Thanks you for your comment. We are a global consortium of over 60 licensees. We are not waiting to implement ETT, it has been in development for some time, and slowly building momentum. The development must be accelerated perhaps you can help.

As of yesterday... MONEY! But I was on local FOX and CBS news last night so now money is contacting me. I just need to figure out who is real and onboard.

You are right on track. You can apply for a nationwide 3.65 license but you MUST have service up and operational before the FCC will recognize your footprint.

This is the FCC's attempt to police the 3.65 spectrum... and seems to be working.

Grand Rapids was part of the Clearwire debacle that did not come to fruition.

I have a lot of momentum behind this initiative so let's bring Plantation online :)

Thanks Brad,

However I think keeping the info. public, there is a better opportunity for people to truly understand your offering and build momentum behind it.

In the US, operators may register for operation in the 3.65 GHz band. Operation on a non-exclusive basis raises the probability of interference and difficulties finding clear spectrum. License-Exempt WiMAX refers to the use of WiMAX technology to deliver broadband services in these non-exclusive bands. In the 3.65 spectrum there is a simple "registration" process for a license, rather than paying for existing license rights. Ok. Now that I figured all that out - your plan seems better. Albeit interference and operating cost...... However, all that being said - Grand Rapids, MI evidently launched WIMAX - I'm assuming on 3.65 spectrum. Perhaps our local governments can learn from them.

3.65 GHz is licensed, non-exclusive. For more info please contact me directly. I represent AccessDelray.org and the 3.65 WiMAX Consortium.

Thank you Julie,

You are asking the right questions. This information, however, I would prefer not to put up publically as it is proprietary. If you have further interest please contact me directly. All of my contact info is located at the end of the "quick summary" located on my profile page.

Thanx,
Brad

What is the cost of each tower? It is my understanding each tower covers 10 sq. miles, so deployment appears less expensive than wifi. Also, with WIMAX the mobile versions run on licensed networks - typically owned by AT&T, Sprint etc. Who owns the license(s) in South FL?
