- STAY ALIVE = 75 m.p.h. Limit Top Speed of Automotive Products AT THE POINT OF MANUFACTURE!!!
In addition to alt fuels, NG being 1 of them, I'm concentrating on 1 outragious design aspect of Automotive Products which makes no sense and needs to be corrected; limiting Top Speed. We have Top Speed limits posted on signs on Our highways, but there are no limits for the designers, and manufactures of Automotive Products. 100 m.p.h. < 200 + m.p.h. vehicles are sold, licensed, and given access to Our highways. I'm demanding that legislation be passed limiting Top Speed to 75 m.p.h. AT THE POINT OF MANUFACTURE! I've contacted our 2 Senators via their Form mail. Phoned Congressman Russ Carnahan office, 3 times this past week and did recieve an E-Mail reply (Attached) from Katy Dawson. I'm planning on pursuing a meeting with the Congressman to state my premise that Automotive products should have Top Speed limitations, governors, built into the design, and assembly. Far as I'm concerned this is a no-brainer. Why when the top legal speed limit of the nation = 75 m.p.h. are these automotive manufactures intentionally building vehicles to exceed 75 m.p.h.? Some of them by 2X+ that top legal speed! By alerting these Lawmakers to this absurdly flawed practice I've put them in: Check-Mate; as there is no logical, rational, reasonable, nor senseable argument to oppose my premise. Unless your a con, or in collusion with the Criminal/Justice Enterprises which profit from the violators whom drive these vehicles recklessly, and the carnage, suffering, loss of life, and slaughter they cause. Maintaining the status quo is not only nonsenseical, it's irresponsible and needs to be corrected. Now!

This is hard for me to follow , I saw you asked how dose this make energy , basically this form of Microwaved Plasma feeds off all sorts of garbage , waist and many other disposable trash . Since I focused on Coal , the most unpopular , hated form of energy , there is no need to scrubbing , crushing up maybe but the more soot , basically unburnt coal the more feeding and powerful this this plasma becomes , there are a number of ways we studied just off that .
Turbines driven buy the velocity clean emissions puring out at maximum velocity by funneling this huge pressure threw turbines of some design , there are many , after the gasification process and cool down to capture the heavy metals , inducing silver gold and then the nastiest , like mercury and more like arsenic , sulfur , the list goes on . During this posses huge amounts of energy are made . What you have hear is a small sun , this is true Plasmification not Plasmified air as Arc and Lase produce . I kept an email by an Ex CIA , who said a company had plans to do fusion with Plasma Lasers , he said there was talk of breaking down CO2 at the molecular level and that is what this next generation Plasma dose . The Lase project , told to stand down by the government . That would have worked but not sure how much CO2 it would have created or what the real issue was , could have been as simple as the Nuclear Lobby .

This form of Microwaved Plasma has the best chance of creating Hot Fusion , that is not far fetched at all . Once you get a grasp of this you will understand how close this is already , most of the proprietary portions have never been released , that is not being selfish but cautious , as usual , governments see weapons in anything related to energy on this scale , the Russians have one , capable of firing a 50 Ft Plasma ball quite some distance , believe 100 kilometers or more , a 50 Ft Ball of Plasma , would devourer all in its path feeding as it went , The US declined to put up Tanks , Humvee's or anything else . I am sure hey would just be vaporised.
Think about it , Plasma Laser Touch , capable of cutting threw any metals , even under water , that is a small directed plasma . A 50 Ft Ball , good lord .
The Russians have offed Tracy big money . They seem a bit to crafty , there claim to use this to destroy bio weapons is tempting but it became apparent he would need to go to Russia , not good , rather you not post this . please edit . This must remain an American Corporation , crating jobs and selling to other countries as either a Kit to put together or full chambers . For safety reasons there must be several redundancy's , although this is by far the most stable form of plasma , you can not take chances .
We had 5 built in to the huge Coal Plants , think about it , its easy , 5 Million Cubic Ft per minute or more , the gases pumped threw the coal would burn every bit of it , so much more efficient then how is done now , Nitrous Oxide and Hydrogen pumping back threw the coal supper charging , the coal would burn much hotter creating more energy and at the same time breaking down CO2 with the gases and unburnt coal feeding the Plasma making the Plasma much more stable and stronger , this is a truly symbiotic relation of energy ~ Fantastic .
Terraforming is yet another little goody , I watch these huge fires , this is the best way to fight them and create the amount of water boiled off is only restricted to the size of the cambers energy at the same time , at 17 million F , a couple of portable Plasma chambers would do fine or if they are placed in strategic places , salt water to lake water would do just fine , this would place so much water into the atmospheric in that specific area , rain and humidity would stop hose blazes with are producing more CO2 then imaginable , would love to see the break down . Terraforming is already on the list of can do , turning arid areas into farmlands . Why not putting Fires out .
This is what I am talking about , once you get a grasp of how this works in comparison to the old Techs , Arc and Lase , you will spot all sorts of immediate uses . If your not familiar with the old Techs read these .

Plasmatron Fuel Converter , My experience with our Government , I owned 1/3 of US Patent 4856047 Automated remote telemetry paging system .
Suckered into Boulder Valley Technical Incubator , ending up doing high end low price one off like Rocky Flats . We were given the schematics , there is no way they could have done this , without our Patented conversion , worked 7 days a week like mad men , many times 20 hours straight , Finally all the kinks were worked out , matching the few different monitoring systems thy used , did everything from Cad work to modifying alpha numeric Pagers , it worked . What this did was send out where the epicenter was , the magnitude and estimated time to hit your location . This would go to anything that picked up an RF signal . I called and called , nothing , we packed up and moved back to Houston and set up , to our shock and awe a huge Quake hit southern Cal. There was Mr People on CNN every 20 Minutes , with our alpha numeric pager , still with the MicroVisory Controls Blue Insignia . Repeating WE have the technology , the epicenter was in San Bernardino , it took 34-36 minutes to make it to LA , we were warned immediately 34-36 minutes before it hit the destruction zone . Called our Lawyer , , he called them , they had the nerve that first it was Cal Tech then MIT , that developed this , then they just filed under a law they had until the Clinton administration to take and use a Patent under national security and some other bogus crap , it was without a doubt covered under the Patent . Nothing we could do , same hear with this buried Tech , now we are in numbers and laws have changed but I still do not trust them .

Found this , http://www.fas.org/news/russia/1995/tac95060.htm , the Russians have come along way . Plasma shielding on say a space vehicle is doable . James is convinced that shielding the planet or parts and closing the hole in the atmosphere is easy , that I have not figured out yet .

As there most be more done bout natural Gas , it is not as clean people think , I have filed on many operators opening old wells , backdating and not even checking the packing , these leek into Aquifers , many have a good usual Greed trumps safety 10% leakage , still a great source of energy but as us , most in the business are good people , in any business your going to find those types . The myth that Natural Gas is so clean is just that , cleaner then most is a better term . On autos or all vehicles , the efficiency and millage would increase tremendously , add eclectic , you really have something , also steam engines are more feasible. There is so much in this one Tech that just a few years ago could not be achieved due to pulse in Microwave , now that is solved . Endless uses . Back to Pure Power and James Tracy , this is very simple to understand once you get it , I have seen many , mostly Chemical and Electrical Engineers , in most cases they held both Degrees , most have an Epiphany the sudden realization or comprehension of the essence or meaning . I have seen this during the demonstration , naysayers needing to sit down in silence . It's almost like everything they have learned was in question , the silence examining the powdered remains , checking there meeting devices for errors , along with no reaction to Geiger counters . I can not tell you what a wonderful experience that is , you must do that on your own , well worth it .
I am convinced this is the right direction , sure there are other technologies but this , combine all the others is still more impotent due to the scope .
We need them all , the idea this could and will replace Nuclear thrills me .
I helped design and install the monitoring system for the heavy water evaporation system at Rocky Flats Nuclear facility just outside Boulder .
I can not say much on that but this galvanized my position on Nuclear waist , unless this form of Plasma can cut radiation , I am vehemently opposed Nuclear , if this has a shot at replacing Nuclear , Research and development needs to go on as did the Manhattan Project with all out resources . personally I believe this can and with finances will .
Please look into this , as time is running out .
As for Waist disposal , thats a no brainier , this is the best , breaking down CO2 wile creating electricity at the same time , what more can you ask for in waist management .

As with many aspects of the PickensPlan, we all come to it from different directions with differnt solutions. My focus is on generators - such as the power plants for wind turbine. The Nat Gas Act and CNG? Um... My problem solving energy is not thinking about that at all...

They did a test on an old subaru 4 banger and it increased mileage by documented tests 15 mpg. They hit a road block with newer engines as they cannot fool the computor system which dumps more fuel once this system was hooked up.

Also see Magnetic pole shift . The dead spot is called the South Alantic Anomaly . Not get this when the poles "Magnetic " shift .that will drag the Van Alien radiation belts along for the ride ,that is a fact ! When the Van Alien moves the solar wind will enter the atmospheir in a different way .That will happen ,nothing will stop it ,Your foolish liers in government can't stop it with a carbon tax .The Go Green party can't lobby it to stop . Global warming has been slowed by Volcanosand Dads old Gas hog Car . But if fools all get together and dream up a Magnetic solar tax to try to stop Global warming and the next ice age I am sure that The Crooks in big government will be happy to tax your Electric Bill some more and force everyone to buy over priced solar panels ,that can't even charge a 12 volt battery on a good day and cost hundreds of bucks .But maybe if we all go bust buying solar panels we can save the earth from the suns rays . Lets Go Green and shut down the Earths Core so it will not move anymore and what about the O Zone since R 12 hit $100 bucks a pound instead of $1 a pound ,The Hole in the O Zone has closed up and its just fine now .WHAT A SCAM ! America is top of the list when it comes to foolish people lobbing government to make more stupid laws .Smart people in Europe would strike for weeks over such stupid issues if their governments pulled the nosence our paid off Officals do . seems being reasonable in this third word country is a thing of the past . Lots of people in Europe drive at speed over 80 mph and some at 240 mph and they are not droping like flys . If they speed like that in town however they will be on a moped for the rest of their lives after a year in jail ,and that s no matter who they are . The Prime Minester of Denmark did a year in jail for drunk driving and a replacement was found to run his office for a year ,now how about that ! If people here no matter who they are where healed responcible and paid fines according to their wealth they would stop acting like total fools . We don't have a high speed driving problem we have a thinking issue . I ride a motorcycle a lot and people that drive fast don't scare me as much as a Old fart that gets on the freeway so slow that cars slam on their brakes to avoid the crash . Or trucks dropping bricks and trash all over the road . Now thats scary . And they have laws on issues like that .Lets start building cars and trucks that drive by computer with no people at the wheel ,Its been done and it works . We can all drive 100mph bumper to bumper and save fuel at the same time since the computer would know what the other computers are doing .
