Thank you for your interest in fuel additives like Omstar D-1280X. Let me say my position first; fuel additives that have been "PROVEN TO WORK" are really just a “BAND AID” until we can find a different form of energy to power our transportation needs on a mass commercial scale. That’s what the Pickens Plan is all about.
That said most of us drive Gasoline or Diesel powered vehicles that is an obvious fact. If we want to reduce our emissions footprint on an individual and societal level, save money on fuel - short of getting rid our vehicles - fuel additives are one obvious solution in the short run. Of course now were back to finding a fuel additive that actually works!
The conundrum with fuel additives - It's like walking up to a covered wagon in the 1800’s, the Snake Oil sales men barking at the crowd claiming his product can cure every malady you’ve ever heard of. The reality is there are too many bad products that give the good products a bad rap. So we are suspicious of them all. What's a person to do if they have any interest in this idea; - “Do your part in reducing emissions RIGHT NOW” - maybe save some money too - adding a few ounces of fuel additive to a tank full of gas or diesel - to reduce your emissions by roughly 80%?
Most of us have way too much to do and not enough time to do it. Who's going to take the time to research all the material out there on fuel additives so they can come up with their own decision? That’s where I come in - FuelAdditiveMan - I have researched most if not all the Ester based additives, as well as other additives that claim to reduce smoke / opacity / carcinogens etc. In addition most of the products in this category claim to increase lubricity / reduce friction / increase efficiency / and there for fuel economy. Last but not least they claim to reduce engine service costs and there by keep the money in your pocket.
The fuel additive industry is a slippery slope. The Oil industry hates it when it works, the public is suspicious of it, and it’s full of snake oil sales men. I must be at best an expert or at worst a snake oil sales men on the subject. My goal of course is to be a credible authority - with the goal of recommending credible products with proven time tested results that can be independently verified should any one want to do so.
Honesty is the best policy - I have my biases of course, and my motivation may be different from yours, but in the end I wanted to stake my personal reputation on a product that contributed to cleaning up the environment, one I could test and see work for my self. I do have an old fashioned habit of rooting for the under-dog, I like seeing good over-come evil, that sort of thing. I try not to be too cynical or negative when it comes to vetting the bad from the good. There is a lot of BAD and not much GOOD when it comes to fuel additive executives and their companies.
The long and the short of it is I have invested a lot of time, energy, and money in testing products, researching, and networking. In the end the only product I will endorse in the Ester’s category is Omstar D-1280X. Has (22 Years) of history, solid customer testimonials, testing documentation, and best of all, tested positive in my own personal vehicle compared to the other products in this category. The best evidence I’ve found after all the research, is the crazy, underhanded, tactics other people have done to copy Omstar’s products. It’s the best endorsement for any product and the worst thing that can happen to any company. Remember “Gucci rip off replicas”. The competitive products in this Ester category can’t stand up to the scrutiny of verification on their test results, their customer testimonials or the time they claim to be in business. Some of them have literally plagiarized test results and customer testimonials directly from Omstar in the attempt to give them selves’ credibility.
