After you get your friends to join the site, and send your letters off to Congress....I hope you will work to join the "100CLUB"... for members that have faxed in 100 or more signed pledges.

PLEDGES are the vehicle that can drive our numbers, we need to use them! It is a very easy ask- Boone has done the hard work. All we need to do is hitch our wagon to his horse and plow to the finish. I have sent in 280 so far. I have 48 friends, that I know of, who are working on the challenge. By the end of the week that will be 5,000 new supporters of this plan- 4 times the number that joined the plan online this week.... with just 49 people!

IMAGINE what we could do if everyone that said they would do
anything they could to get this done, joined the "100CLUB"
It comes down to.... DO WE HAVE THE FORTITUDE? I hope so. We aren't asking folks to take up arms. But this IS our revolution. And we have a very small window to get it done. Would like your help.

I will be going into the hospital, and then a "Transitional Health Center" from approximately 22 September thru 11 October. I will be having bi-lateral TKR which is Total Knee Replacement on both legs! Yes, I am a glutton for punishment.

If I don't return notes, that is the reason. I will be hobbling around with a walker and doing fun physical therapy exercises. The "care home" has one land line hook-up and no Wi-Fi or DSL. ACK!

I plan on taking Pledge copies with me to hand out. Best wishes to all...Kathy

Tell us about your experience with alternative energy:: I purchased a new 2007 Prius last year.
I can at least drive by the gasoline pumps with 49 MPG!
I designed a passive solar home when I lived in the Santa Cruz Mountains located in California.

What excites you about this campaign?: The potential of solar energy in large scale applications.
I reside in the Applegate Valley of southern Oregon near Grants Pass.
Mountain tops fed by the Pacific Ocean wind surround me.

What do you want to do to help?: Pass the word on and help people become aware of alternative energy sources.
Maybe start a Prius club?
