Leveraging the Plan into Medical and Social Security Benefits
This is an idea for later on down the road once the plan is well under way and is proven.
Fact:
The population continues to grow. As the population grows, the demands on Medical, Social Security, and other social programs also continue to increase. Why not build in a mechanism where a small part of the revenue generated by this new energy would fund some of the social programs. Thus, as the energy needs increased due to population growth, so to would the revenues thus acting as a sort of index… Continue
