Small scale solar charging projects. Research into home made power. Making my home as efficient as I can.

What excites you about this campaign?

Someone started the ball rolling and didn't just talk about it.
I think it's a good start.

What do you want to do to help?

I'm a network engineer at a school system in NC. I'm working on reducing our power use in the schools as a place to start. Trimming off the waste is one of the things that everyone can do NOW!
As far as production, I'm willing to lend a hand where I can.
My background also includes skills as an electrician, welder and mechanic.

Want to get rid of the oil gun fired boiler and replace with solar - collectors on the roof also looking at pellet boiler. Haven't seen anything in operation.
