Tell us about your experience with alternative energy:

I have a strong interest to keep America going from a socialist trend and to stop the transference of wealth in our country. I am a former teacher of Spanish and art. I can speak and write Spanish well. I can teach anything! My only experience is that I try to keep updated on this content area.

What excites you about this campaign?

What excites me is that Mr. Pickens is an example of the American dream and I want to help keep that dream going for my child and for her children that is not government based. This is an opportunity for all Americans to unite together and remember what America is!

What do you want to do to help?

I want to be involved. I am an excellent educator and also salesperson as I have had my own business for the past 7 years. I also speak Spanish and feel that I could help communicate to our hispanic community. Give me some choices. I have to start slow as my father is ill right now.

We arrange guest speakers from the energy industry and political figures from every level of government. For our meeting on August 13th we have "David Gammon" from Progress Energy's Renewable Energy Contracts department and on the following month we have booked "Mark Sharpe" of the Hillsborough County Board of County Commissioners.

Just the thought of the United States again drilling for oil has contributed to the rapid decline in the price of oil per barrel. We need to enhance our supplies while we move forward to eliminate our dependence on foreign oil. I like the natural gas conversion idea a lot and would love to have a vehicle that burns both gasoline and natural gas. At least it has us looking at breaking the strangle hold on us by foreign oil providers. Keep up the good work.

There is a video on Freiburg German which you can watch pieces of on the net and it is available as a DVD. I wish someone would produce a good quality video on European wind and solar. It is really about time and it could be very inspirational. Take a look at Frieburg on my page and the first photo.......mind blowing. Each home owner is an energy producer who in essence sells to the power grid..........Lee
