- Engineer: work for Macy's. I founded CoolingEarth.org because I have saved $5 million in electricity for CA. (through energy conservation), wanting to end imported oil (especially with the peak of oil) and to save Earth from global warming by inventing a low orbit satellite (an electric airplane, a cruse ship in the sky) powered by PV solar and wind generation where the excess energy is used to cleanup the atmosphere by producing liquid air and that liquid air is used to power a new class of pneumatic electric car engines as well as other equipment. I have worked in the water injection industry to improve car gas mileage and built a home experimental ethanol plant in the 1980’s.
- What excites you about this campaign?
- This is the only plan Moving Forward! We have power as a group to change governments (Federal, State, Local and Districts)-reduce their oil usage. We have power as investors to change corporations and replace board members, as voters we have power to remake government. Here we can put technologies forward like CoolingEarth.org that will change the way we think and then live. Many are making ideas available and educating us. We all have something to do. Use our resources wisely and we will reap the returns, like our grand parents generation did.
- What do you want to do to help?
- The CoolingEarth.org plan is by 2020, the USA will be a net exporter of energy again! This is possible only with a dramatic shift in the way we make and use energy. Research is the key to developing the new systems we need. I am working on electric airplanes that need a new type of propulsion and light weight compressors and PV solar. I continue working on a new concentrating solar power plant (11 proposed sites), electric storage systems (2 proposed sites) and a new power plant that makes liquid air. I am working on (and hoping we all work on) a pollution surcharge (instead of cap and trade), a progressive national sales tax (normal: 10%-5% local, 3% state, 2% federal) and ending convention IRA's so we do not have a threat of depression in 2016 as baby boomers reach 70 and a half. We have to work on getting sewage treated water out of our rivers, lakes and waterways because of pharmaceutics and ammonia are killing our fish, frogs and birds-we drink the water too. I continue working with PickensPlan.com because it has many of the same interests as CoolingEarth.org and Natural gas is much cleaner than other fossil fuels.

Free Alternative Energy Available Now !
America Continues to Waste over 70% of the Energy it Consumes.
100's of millions of lights unnecessarily burn during the day and night, over heating and over cooling is the norm, over packaging, inadequate recycling, toxic landfills, horrendous road congestion, and our perverted obsession with road construction. Public and Private buildings, Schools, Churches, Homes, ... America's blatant energy waste and overuse is culturally pervasive, and abominable !
1- ONLY with a substantial and tangible economic reward/consequence will most Americans care to conserve.
Crude oil must be taxed at $200 per barrel and offset by making income tax begin at $60k.
Taxing energy is simple, fair, economically sound, and available TODAY.
2- The American auto industry must quickly transition to the 6.4 BILLION people reason$ to manufacture solar, wind, and other alternative energy producers. They already have the needed infrastructure. Every home and building in the world, could be using solar energy. We are fast running out of fossil fuels !
Humanity is racing toward extinction, via global warming, for our failure to stop our energy waste.
Taxing energy (in lieu of income taxes) is the ONLY incentive that will stop energy waste and cause renewable energy sources to be employed.
