Are you interested in becoming an organizer in your area?

Tell us about your experience with alternative energy:
I have been working with renewable energy for about two years now. This summer I put together a committee at my college (Presbyterian College: Clinton, SC) composed of several biology professors, the assistant director of campus services, the campus manager, and our publications coordinator to promote alternative energy at our institution. Within two weeks of formation we received a $30,000 grant to fund related projects. The projects we chose included a biodiesel converter and a solarized golf cart for giving campus tours. Currently we are working with our energy supplier on making one of the buildings on campus 100% solar.
What excites you about this campaign?
How much it will help out the economy when our dependence on foreign oil is eliminated.
What do you want to do to help?
Whatever I can

Hi Logan,

Need your help promoting Pickens Plan, Nat Gas Act, and saluting our Congressional Cosponsors. Recently we did a show with the great Ohio Group and Congressman Tim Ryan. This past Wednesday in California we did a salute to the 7 Congressional Cosponsors. Both shows were well received, and I would like to continue with the same format for awhile.
