I supported the March on Facebook and emailed the president, our senators, and our representative asking them to support the Nat Gas Act of 2009.

Tell us about your experience with alternative energy:

I really don't have personal experience with alternative energy, but with fuel costs for our vehicles and home going up dramatically in the past 2 yrs, I decided I've got to start learning about and choosing alternatives.

What excites you about this campaign?

That it's a plan that looks toward clean energy alternatives to replace fossil fuel, and that technology for these cleaner energy alternatives is available today.

What do you want to do to help?

Spread the word locally and write to our representatives.

She's heard of the Picken's Plan before and since we will be discussing energy this semester she thinks that having a guest speaker would just be simply amazing!
