Good page. I currently work with the OPUS power plant, suitable for cars, but also trucks, tractors, Catapillars and ships. These high efficiency engines are compact, suitable for HEV vehicles, produce hugh amounts of torque power, run totally silent and can efficiently burn any fuel. Detroit adopting such an engine would eliminate the transmission and sustain value, without obsolences, regardless of the potable fuels, green or fossil, that finally become a distribution reality. Any fuel means Hydrogen, methane, bio-fuel, methane, keroscene, gasoline or diesel products. Built and tested, this new power plant requires no lubrication throughout it's very long life.
Existing ships at sea are one of the world largest polluters, much as are the airlines (the week after 911, NASA reported the first time satilites observe that the haze over North American had lifted - aircraft were grounded). This new HARTH technology for Hydro Lance ships affords seven times the fuel economy per passenger or ton-mile transported. Bonuses: very high speed, no pitch, roll, heave, yaw, sway - or sea-sickness.
Our Country has many viable solutions to both pollution and for energy independence. We just have to get the government out of our way and to support a major program to realize the goal.

I was able to get 300+ in the first 4 days. It is an easy ask - Boone has done the hard work. Everyone wants to get off of foreign oil. We are creating a paradigm shift- a completely new way of thinking - about energy in this country. We need more support. ARE YOU IN?

Do you know Bob Blum by any chance? Another El Dorado Hills resident I've known for a long time -- a retired attorney.
I'm a 2+ year NGV owner -- it's my only car. I'm active with the AQMD and Clean Air Congress and I've been to three clean energy/vehicle expos in the last three months, flying the flag for CNG and the plan.
Obviously California is ahead of the rest of the country in the use of CNG and whether prop. 10 goes through or not, we need to do more.
Since Folsom is 400 miles north of me, I won't be able to join you for pizza, but I'll be there in spirit.

Major "Positive" change is never easy.
On Saturday, July 26, 2008 @ 7 P.M. we will have our first "Pickens Plan House Party" at the Round Table Pizza location in Folsom, Ca @ 2793 E Bidwell Street.
I would like to invite everyone that can attend to also invite friends, family and neighbors so they can be enlightened to what this is about.
