I converted a 1970 VW to electric drive for Metro use and job commute.

What excites you about this campaign?

Opening up new opportunities and revitalizing the vitality that seems to be waning in this rather young country.

What do you want to do to help?

Basically talking to coworkers about the facts concerning natural gas abundances and the relative simplicity in regards to converting the existing internal combustion platform that have been so heavily invested in over to NG. I have been an Auto Mechanic for years and am now a machinist working for a company that sells X-ray fluorescence analyzers in the sample testing of sulfur ppm content in diesel and all pertinent petroleum products.

This will indirectly and eventually increase prices on the poor. This I believe will transpire in a delayed way and may slow our effort by weakening private investments in emerging energy producing and NG/electric transport technologies. My priority is to help build the bridge to a carbon free transportation and energy generation infrastructure, these must be carefully planned steps as Mr. Pickens proposes. We must pressure our elected representatives to promote in a bipartisan way Mr. Pickens proposals and if they delay or falter on these systematic steps vote them out, it is as simple as that, we all must get involved with the federal government this is where we must make the start and not relent. Look at the big picture and all the details that matter in a carefully planned way. Of coarse because of the tax revenue dependence that our federal government has affixed themselves upon Pickens plan will be vigorously opposed as I have mentioned before, we must fight for this, I'm sure they will have some scheme, somehow gasoline prices will come way down as what has happened in the past an the wind will be taken from our sails.
