- Tell us about your experience with alternative energy:
- I am in the process of starting an alternative energy business in Del Norte County. I am fairly new, but really excited. I have taken the basic solar class on line and ready to learn more. I will also be starting two other businesses. The names are Casa de Fuchsia Garden Gallery, Sun/Wind Solar Systems and Casa de Fuchsia Remember When Antiques & Collectables. I am hoping when this project is completed I will begin the process of building a landmark botanical gardens with a co-generating plant in Del Norte County. I am a retired Correctional Sergeant from the Dept. of Corrections,married with two sons both married and also Correctional Officers.
- What excites you about this campaign?
- Alternative energy is the future and I want to be able to help save the planet for future generations. We need to become independent of foriegn oil and be the leader in changing the way for the future.
- What do you want to do to help?
- I would like to help by providing those less fortunate alternaive systems at reasonable costs, provide on-going training and education.

Sorry I have not been on in a while. It's been pretty hectic here trying to get my construction off the ground. We finally have things straightened out and by next week we should be moving along with the construction. I will email you on whats going on. I was in touch with Mike and he said he would be coming up to visit and talk more on the windspire. I told him we are ready to get going and ready to put one onthe business. I am hoping I still have enough funds left once I get everything built to purchase products for the store. I am hoping that I can find some business credit somewhere? Any ways I hope all is well with you. I will get an email off to you this weekend.

Windspire will be featured on a special episode of ABC's "20/20" on June 19th at 10/9C. The episode highlights the impact the new Windspire manufacturing facility is having in Michigan by putting ex-autoworkers back to work.
I am one of the welcome wagon crew. We are all volunteers. Out of sheer numbers I greet daily I have a paste and copy note.

We are a voluntary community of individuals who are placing our combined support behind T. Boone Pickens and his efforts to bring to light; (we cannot afford put this on the back burner) again a clear (heard) message that we must reduce our nation’s dependence on foreign oil through the use of all domestic energy alternatives. This site is a place to interact with fellow Pickens Plan supporters, keep up with events and opportunities to help get more involvement.

Find (settings); upper right corner of your page. You can update your profile, change the manner you receive things. You can chose to preview the comments coming your way before it can be viewed by others on your page. You can accept or delete the comment.

There is a group for almost everything. The Forums/discussions on this site are many and you’ll probably find something that interests or concerns you. Some are very long and were started months ago. For the ones that concern you, please keep in mind, events are remembered and relayed differently by those commenting, which as we all too well know equals at least three sides to the event.
After you have read the sites I mentioned, if you need anything else to help you, while you help the push, please stop by. I am proud to put my efforts towards this cause.
