- None. As a retired contracting officer for our government, I am extremely concerned about the decimation of our production base.
Additionally, I know of no aircraft or weapon system, or research into same, that has the ability to run on anything but gasoline or diesel. You can bet your last nickel that neither the public nor government officials is even thinking in that direction. This has a dramatic effect on the 30 to 40 years of oil remaining. Also, opening petroleum reserves just to lower prices at the pump.
- What excites you about this campaign?
- The current presidential race is nothing more than a 'pissing contest' between 2 business incompetents. You could elect both of them and still come up short. Pickens Plan is a breath of fresh air that someone is still capable of intelligent thought.
$700 billion for oil, trade deficits, foreign investments in our debt, and war costs will destroy this country and senators/congressmen alike continue to pursue their personal interests. Too many people with too little going on between their ears is killing this country. We are in desperate times and this is the only hopeful thing I have seen in several years.
- What do you want to do to help?
- I will do whatever I can. My experience is Government Contracts.

you don't hear CNN ask questions like that.that's why there ratings are in the tank.
they always talk about the money hes spent but never minchin the condition Clinton left our armed forces in after two wars with Iraq in the 90s or the position 9/11 put him in gw ain't a prince but Ive felt pretty safe over the last 7 years to bad Clinton didn't get bin laden the 4 chances he had to get him you wont hear that on CNN.
I think T. Boone has moderators here, ordered to not offend anyone, and to keep a level line until after the election. John Kerry will remember T. Boone for his exposure in the Swift Boater's Book "Unfit for Command" that T.Boone funded heavily. Obama has talked about placing Kerry somewhere high up in his cabinet, that spells trouble for Pickens doing much but offering input to that administration.
McCain was not in love with Pickens, because Pickens was formerly involved with a ton of pork-barrel and subsidy bills for Big Oil in the past. McCain however does acknowledge that Pickens can be of great aid so Pickens has more to gain with McCain.
And these leftist smear artists know it too, they are just here to blog away, they know full well Obama won't and literally cannot endorse The Pickens Plan, he'll have his own Obama Plan that Pickens will have to scratch and claw a bit into.
Beleive me, Kerry, Pelosi, Reid, Edwards and Schumer hate Pickens for 2004. Even though the Pickens/Corsi book was very accredited, they won't forget and Obama has to work with them first.
T. Boone is in a very precarious position here, which his why his Army leaders are of many ilks and sub-cultures Marlene.
