- Tell us about your experience with alternative energy:
- I have no experience, only interest. But, I am running for a seat on our local city government. One of my platforms is alternative energy. I want the city to start now moving to alternatives. I believe it is the right thing for our town and our country. We have miles and miles of power lines easements running all over Florida. I want to find out why they can not be used. If they can then start now with wind. I also believe strongly that Florida must move to solar too. My town is the Space Capital of the world. Kennedy Space Center is here....why aren't we leading the way. There are many space trained technicians who will be out of work soon. We must do something now to help them find work. I believe they are most suited to work in the alternative engery field. The state has just assign more STUDY monies to be spend. We do not need more studies, we need action. I intend to call the residents of Titusville Florida to demand action from our local government. Your help and/or suggestions will be welcome. Please visit with us and help us get started.
- What excites you about this campaign?
- as stated above. Citizen's action. We can not wait for the government(s) to act. They are not capable. TOOOOO many special interests group protecting their own.
- What do you want to do to help?
- as stated above....Use Titusville as a place to start in Florida.
