- Tell us about your experience with alternative energy:
- Nothing specific, I have always been extremely interested in alternative energy sources and as an Industrial Engineer I get a kick out of the idea of efficency. I believe oil is a deadend and that a new path needs to be taken.
I am also very interested in personal integration of alternative energy sources, and self sufficient off-the-grid housing techniques. My goal and dream is to build an earthship (self sustaining home) and help bring these ideas to the forefront. I have researched these building ideas for years and have visited the Taos, New Mexico community that started the earthship ideas.
- What excites you about this campaign?
- This movement has always been lacking a strong, relavent leader. Most environmentalist leaders rub the independent and conservative leaning Americans the wrong way and because of this any good ideas they might have are not taken seriously. A moderate and intelligent plan that can be integrated into mainstream society is key to making changes.
- What do you want to do to help?
- Whatever I can!

Sorry I did not get back to you on the Solarbucks/Citizenre business but its really just a start-up and will not have any business until it gets funding. There is a company that is actually doing the business model and thats solarcity.com so check them out. I would like to get a business model like it started in Utah if you are interested in helping with it.
