I am a Social Democrat, not a Liberal, not a Socialist, not a Conservative, not an Anarchist, not a Libertarian, not a Chrisitan Democrat, or a Communist.

I am a Social Democrat, I support a regulated private sector with a strong public sector, I support public education, universal health care, child care, employment insurence, workers compinsation, and social security as well as many other social services for all citizens. I support unionization of companies aswell as other labour rights, consurmer protection, and a fair market economy with a social market economy (not socialist), i support environmentalism and environmental protection, alternative energy, i support progressive taxation and income redistrution, i support free post-secondary education for students wanting to attend college, though university will cost money. i support a secularism, abortion, gay marrige, race/gender/class equality, the decriminalization (not legalization) of marijana, i am opposed to capital punishment (the death penelty), i am in support of the right to go into a doctors office and be put down if you are terminally ill, i am in support of economy interventionalism, i am against military intervention in other countries conflicts, i am for protectionism (if your country is attacked, you have the right to declare was upon that country), i am pro-choice, i am multiculturalism, social justice, human rights, social rights, and civil rights and liberties.
