- Alternative energy is very important for our national security and for our quality of life in the United States. Choices and options create freedom. We are a nation built of freedom. When we focus on our own strengths we always do better as a country. In addition, the economics of the investment make way too much sense to not take dramatic progressive steps to find more power. We need positive directional change and now the momentum is building in order to bring the strength of energy back to America.

Fill in the short, standard form. Done!
YOU CAN ALSO HELP BY BRINGING 5 FOLKS TO JOIN the site today, so that we can build a voice big enough that Congress will finally have to listen to us, instead of the lobbyists and special interests, who are trying to derail this historic effort.

PERSONAL ACTION OPTIONS
We need to do more than “preach to the choir”. Sharing ideas with each other is encouraging but that will not 1) increase our membership nor 2) influence public policy. If you know someone in the press or someone who blogs - get them to cover this. Write to your Congressman/woman. Ask those in the public eye to support this plan.
A GROUP FOR EVERYONE
Check out the many groups for Solar, CNG, your city or state, etc. Connect, learn and share. We grow stronger with your input. If you don't see a group that speaks to your interest, then start a group of your own.

TRANSPORTATION is the master key to basic survival, and the cornerstone of the economy. We all know that transportation presently depends on oil production, and oil production is peaking. We must focus first on transportation – it is the highest priority.
