CALLING ALL LEADERS!
We have petitions! "THE PLEDGE" is on the main page.
I think this is the very best tool we could ask for. It is so much easier to get someone to sign a petition than to go online and join the plan as a member.
I have been test driving it for a few days and got 200 signatures rather eaasily. Most folks had seen the ads or seen Boone on the news. Most were eager to sign it and strongly support it. A few wanted to get more info- I handed them a business card with the website. Very few said no (2 or 3).
I hope you can ask all your "friends" to download a bunch of PLEDGES and fax them back to the office ASAP. THIS IS HOW WE BUILD AN ARMY much faster. Millions of signatures.
Thank you for all your efforts. We have a very strong team. Many ants can take the Hill!
I have contacted you before with regards to the PV panels. Thank You for adding me to the list of your friends. I am an engineer and have a contractor that is looking to get involved with the solar market down here in south Florida. He is interested in teaming up sith someone who has the experience in the market so that he can provide quality and informed information to his clients. Like I said, he doesn't have the experience but there could be good opportunity to introduce your company to the south florida area and possibly capitalize on a broader market.
I am a Professional Civil negineer in Palm Beach County and have become very interested in the PV side of the solar market. We have a ubiquitous type of flat roof construction that is very strong and I am wondering what kind of energy can be produced from a 2500 sq. ft. roof? Also, I know you are based in Orlando, but do you ever have any projects in south Florida?
You are invited to join the Medium-speed vehicle group. The purpose of this group is to inform fellow Floridians about medium-speed electric vehicles and to encourage them to contact their state representatives about passing legislation for medium-speed electric vehicles. If you would like to would like to learn more about MSEVs please visit this group.
Are you interested in becoming an organizer in your area?
Yes
Tell us about your experience with alternative energy:
I am the largest integrator of photovoltaics in Central Florida. I attend all renewable shows and grid tie systems for demonstration. I am one of only 3 NABCEP certified PV installers in the state. Vast experience in stand alone and grid tied systems and ac and dc electricity. I have connections and ties to Sandia National Labs, and the Florida Solar Energy Center. I have experience with almost all of the building departments in Florida. I have used small systems to aid in disaster relief.
What excites you about this campaign?
The possibility that something might be more action oriented rather than just lip service.
What do you want to do to help?
I can generate renewable energy in a very cost effective and quick manner. I have experience with all aspects of renewable energy. One of my partners is working on a bio fuel plant. Not lip service, real action.
