This is a very doable plan and it starts with people like you in making it a success. Yes

Tell us about your experience with alternative energy:

Walking or taking a bike as opposed to driving -- other than that not too much. But, I am willing and able to learn, try, and implement.

What excites you about this campaign?

It has been long overdue.
It takes our political "leaders" years to get anything done and by the time they add their special interest projects to the mix --- it usually does not go well.
I am not an Obama supporter -- but I do believe in his primary message -- we need change and we need it NOW.
We need to get behind Boone and get the ball rolling in our own communities. When it is gaining momentum in the communities it will become a regional issue, and when it becomes regional -- it will become a national priority.
We have to TELL our legislators that we DEMAND action NOW, and that if they can not produce results -- we will elect leaders who can. We put those birds in office and we can kick them OUT.

What do you want to do to help?

I will help wherever and whenever needed.
How do you folks feel about a rally here in Lafayette or New Orleans?
What about a "virtual rally" over the internet using web capabilities?
I would be willing to collect and organize individual suggestions and help put them into a format that could be presented to our political leaders.
