Maybe--But Not Sure What to Organize
Tell us about your experience with alternative energy:
We are the manufacturer for the inexpensive Conversion kits for the Gasoline & Diesel Vehicles.
What excites you about this campaign?
Most of conversion kits in the market needs high cost and conversion time in workshop to get current system converted to run Nature Gas as alternative fuel. This problem blocks the way of Nature Gas usage at this economic situation and final users can affort.
What do you want to do to help?
We are able to solve the problem of the In-Used vehicles and get these most of high polluted ( emmission ) vehicles converted to use Nature Gas as alternative fuel in a more faster conversion works and lower conversion expense occured.

Dear Mr. Trimble; Thanks for your comment on this colume for me. Due to the compression ratio of the current Diesel Engines designed was 17:1 to 21:1, these ratios are not able to get Natual Gas combustion like Diesel fuel, however, we are able to ignite Natural Gas by small amount of spray Diesel by the same engines.

The Diesel / Natural Gas Bi-Fuel Conversion system actually is leading the proper volume of the Natural Gas into the cylinders by the variable work load needed during the intake stroke of the cycles and compressed together with the intake air, the proper timing and percentage ( normally from 20% to 50% if it is still keep the original diesel injectors ) of the Diesel fuel injected into the engines to ignite the Natural Gas as instead, it does not need to pre-mixed these two fuels and keep complicate mechanism to digest percentage issues afterward.

The clean energy CH4 (Mathane ) replace big percentage of C15H32 ( Diesel ) in same cyclinders to get faster and cleaner burns by same cycles, the Natural Gas get the both CO, HC, NOx and Suspended Particles readings dropped dramasticlly and higher torque ( Natual Gas burn faster ) by the natual factors of NG does. The accumulated carbon inside of the combustion chamber was reduced everyday. This tech. and application has been proven on 79KW, 135KW, 330KW Diesel trucks in China for more than 5 years. Due to we do not need to touch the compression ratio, current fuel supplied system or its injection controlling devices ( ECU ), the engines still working as the same efficiency as usual. So it is a easy, economic and stabel solution for the In Used Diesel vehicles at least.

Please keep in mind, we have had 15 million Cargo Hullers ( 18 wheelers ) on the highway everyday, these very old heavy trucks are consuming more Diesel fuels, generating high polluted and pay billions dollar for the imported fuels as their daily operational expenditures. why don't we do something about it.

Mr. Wu, Your comments on mixing diesel and cng interest me. Are the percentages by weight or by volume? If by volume, is the cng at the pressure of the compression cycle in the engine? How does this affect injector design? How does this affect high pressure injection systems, such as in cars? Can a diesel be made 'smoke free' with minimal pollution control in this way? I am retired from GM and never heard of mixing fuels in this way. Hugh Trimble

Thought you might be interested in the Idaho National Laboratory facebook site. We do a lot of energy research including wind, nuclear, solar, natural gas, etc. http://www.facebook.com/idahonationallaboratory

We all need to do our part by beginning at home with our energy usage. We also need to keep hammering our elected officials to allow companies and the private sector to run with new tech and needed infrastructure changes; allowing grants & incentives to help us achieve the energy independence goal!!!
There is a group for almost everything. Type any word of a topic that you would like to see. Do not be afraid to go clickin crazy!!!!

The Forums/discussions on this site are many and you’ll probably find something that interests or concerns you. Some are very long and were started months ago.
